On the hunt for a handsome hottie to bring home to mom? Look no further than Quezon City, reportedly the home of some of the finest-looking men around the globe. That’s right--the largest city in Metro Manila has been named as the top seven city with the world’s best-looking men in an article on the website Traveler’s Digest, nabbing a higher ranking than Dublin, Ireland; Seoul, South Korea; and Cannes, France.

“Picture-perfect islands numbering in the thousands draw in hoards of holidaymakers to the Philippines each year for fun in the sun. And with weather this hot it should come as little surprise that the men of Philippines have some head-turning beach bodies to match. Their reputed romantic side and gloriously tanned skin doesn’t hurt either,” wrote author Christina Wylie, who cited actor Dingdong Dantes, who was named by E! as one of the sexiest men in the world in 2008, as a prime example of the country’s male headturners.

“But though Quezon City is a few miles from the coast (it’s near Manila), it is the hometown of Dingdong Dantes and the hub for much of the Philippines’ entertainment industry, which gives credence to its nickname 'City of the Stars,'” concluded the article.

Rounding up the list are Freetown, Sierra Leone; San Juan, Puerto Rico; Miami, United States; Istanbul, Turkey; Madrid, Spain; and Havana, Cuba, which nabbed the top spot due to their men’s “golden skin, dark eyes, and rich, exotic accent.”

So, FNites, do you think Quezon City deserves its spot on the list, or would you rather look somewhere else in your search for your very own hunk? Tell us what you think by voting below!
