Ladies, you are invited to the opening of photographer Mitch Mauricio’s first solo exhibit at the Pablo Gallery, Cubao on February 12 at 7pm. In Puerta, Mitch attempts to explore the concept of female sexuality in an effort to stimulate discussion among women about their sexual desires and unique needs. The exhibit consists of 12 vaginal portraits devoid of sexual objectification and commercial glamour. She hopes that with these, the audience will come to see the vagina in a different light.
Mitch Mauricio was a photojournalist for The Philippine Daily Inquirer. She currently photographs celebrities for GMA-7 and shoots for local magazines.
