Waze Asia Pacific regional lead Mona Weng recently announced that they were hoping to update the navigation app with a Filipino voice. CNN Philippines quotes her as saying, "We had some discussions with our amazing Waze community across the Philippines and we decided that Filipino will be the most useful for all drivers across the Philippines."
CNN Philippines then asked its followers, "Which Filipino celebrity would you like to be featured as Waze's navigation voice?"
The question got responses, but Facebook user Chino Liu came up with a video showcasing his skill to mimic voices. He does hilariously accurate impressions of several personalities such as Boy Abunda, Kris Aquino, Mike Enriquez, Gus Abelgas, and many others.
Our verdict: Liu has got talent! Quick, someone hire him (if they haven't already).
