Two weeks into May, and we've already experienced what the upcoming rainy season is going to be like. Typhoon Bebeng may have brought on some relief from the heat, but it also brought on some heartache. In natural disaster-prone countries like ours, being told early of things like these is always a good idea, but do you want to receive those warnings on your phone?
