Spotify and Globe collaborate to discover the next big OPM act!
Looks like we’ll be seeing and hearing more of OPM soon. Spotify, in partnership with Globe Telecom, launches its Spotify Emerge program in the Philippines, placing local artists in the spotlight in a bid to break the next big OPM act into the mainstream. "We want to shine a light on the very best emerging artists, giving them a huge global platform to showcase their talent by harnessing Spotify’s unique access to data and technology," says Chee Meng Tan, Director of Label Relations, Spotify (APAC).
