In celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8, Google Philippines released its list of the 20 Most Influential Filipinas based on “greatest online mindshare” in 2010. GMANews.tv reports that two important women in President Noynoy Aquino’s life topped the list: his former girlfriend, Valenzuela councilor Shalani Soledad, ranked first, while his youngest sister, TV host Kris Aquino, placed second.
