For our Miss Earth-Philippines candidates, taking care of our environment is a top priority. On May 4, they trooped to Pico de Loro at Hamilo Coast to plant mangroves (as is customary for candidates for several years), to release a captured Olive Ridley turtle back into the sea, and to encourage every one to do their own part in protecting our environment. In an FN exclusive, the candidates share how they minimize their carbon footprint.
