Inside Acacia Estates, a 150-hectare land development in the progressive city of Taguig and one of DMCI Homes’ major developments in Metro Manila, stands Casa Real–a new events place that brings a touch of old world grandeur to today's modern times.

Originally restored from Casa Sociego, a mansion built in the 1930s and once home to Tuazon family in Sociego St., Sta. Mesa Manila, Casa Real is a huge restoration project. Prodigious effort went into its skillful design and construction. It features the architecture and interiors of the original house–an iconic fusion of Filipino, American, Spanish and Chinese influences.
