France has just chosen Emmanuel Macron as their next president, who'll be taking oath this Sunday, May 14. Besides him being qualified for the position thanks to his extensive education and political background, the nation’s youngest head of state also has a unique charm that’s hard to resist.
His series of candid pictures of him with his staff during a political visit in London depict his approachable vibe.
Macron is not all good looks, though. Before he won, he already shared his plan on how to improve France's current state. During his interview with Spiegel Online, he was asked what strategy he would use for a better political movement in France.
“France, of course, doesn't need anyone. I don't believe in saviors. But the way in which our country is governed needs to change radically. That starts with the politicians and goes right up to our electoral system and beyond,” said the President-Elect. “What we need is a fundamental renewal. I am offering the French this renewal. My movement has nothing to do with the almost hermetically sealed political landscape we have known up until now,” he continued.
Sadly ladies, this intellectual charmer is already off the market. He’s married to Brigitte Trogneux (who’s 24 years older than him and was his teacher in high school). They met when he was 15 and she was 39 and even though their parents tried to separate them, their love prevailed. He is a stepdad to Brigitte's three children namely Sébastien, Laurence, and Tiphaine.
