About Time, the latest movie from Notting Hill director Richard Curtis, tells the story of Tim Lake (Domhnall Gleeson), an ordinary guy who possesses the extraordinary ability to travel through time. Though he can't use his powers to rewrite the history of the world, he can still change what happens in his life, and he uses his abilities to make the beautiful but insecure Mary (Rachel McAdams) fall in love with him. He then continues to manipulate time to fix the other milestones in his life, such as his wedding and the birth of his daughter. In the end, though, he learns the hard way that the best way to make the most out of his limited years on earth is by simply enjoying life one day at a time, no powers needed.
