1/2 cup butter

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

6 slices white bread, trimmed and cut into 4 squares each

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened and whipped

1/4 cup white onion, finely chopped

1 cup smoked salmon, sliced

24 quail eggs, fried sunny side up

salt and pepper, to taste

fresh dill, to garnish

Cooking Procedure:

1. Preheat toaster oven to 350°F.

2. Melt butter in a pan. Remove from heat. Add Italian seasoning and mix. Infuse for 15 minutes. Brush mixture on bread. Toast for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cool for 5 minutes.

3. Spoon cream cheese on top of bread. Top with onions, smoked salmon, and quail eggs.

4. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with dill.
