Despite the tiny size of this condo unit, the owners of this home love having parties that involve their favorite pastime--board games. Particularly the ones that encourage clever strategies, fierce competition and rowdy banter. So when their living room was chosen for Real Living’s Makeover, they specified that they wanted it to be roomy and flexible enough for their mini-board game tournaments.

The owners asked that while they wanted the living area to accommodate many people, they also wanted it to feel cozy and intimate enough for two.
