Ice cream is one of the simplest and yet most indulgent pleasures we can partake of during sweltering summers (like the one we are experiencing right now). But due to certain economic constraints, not all of us can afford to go out and buy a pint of ice cream whenever we feel the need to cool down--sometimes the good stuff is just too expensive!
