5 winners will be chosen via electronic raffle witnessed by a DTI representative on January 4, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Summit Media office.  A person can only win once. Winners will be notified by email, SMS and registered mail. To claim the prize, winners must present a photocopy of a valid ID with photo and the letter of notification from Summit Media. Winners may claim their prize at Summit Media office, 7th Floor, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 3, Pioneer St. Mandaluyong City from 10am to 3pm, Mondays to Fridays. Prizes are not convertible to cash. Redemption period is 60 days from receipt of notification. Provincial winners will receive their prizes via courier. Unclaimed prizes outside of redemption period will be forfeited with DTI approval.
