"Everyone has an opinion on food," says travel blogger Kevin Richberg of The 30 Postcards Project, who found his way to the Philippines from New York after receiving a few postcards of Pinoy food and recipes. Accompanied by a food critic named Mark Torres, he went on a food trip through the city, trying out street food, Chinatown cuisine, local fast food fare, and a Filipino food buffet, all in one day.
