Whip up a tummy-filling dinner with this easy lasagna recipe. Prepare this the night before. Complete the recipe until the layers of pasta, cheesy sauce, and spiced beef are complete. Then cover with foil and freeze until ready to serve. Then once you’re home, heat up the oven, place the prepared baking dish inside, and set the timer while you quickly freshen up. Once it’s bubbling and piping hot, dinner is served!

Three-Cheese Lasagna
Prep time: 40 minutes
Makes two servings

1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 kilo lean ground beef
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3/4 cup three-cheese tomato sauce
1 cup milk
1/2 cup grated quick melt cheese
4 lasagna sheets

1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
2. Sauté onions in oil. Add ground beef and oregano and cook till done. Mix in tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix milk and grated cheese. Heat in microwave or oven top until cheese melts.
4. In a baking dish, spread a spoonful of tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish. Cover with a lasagna sheet. Spread a thin layer of meat mixture over lasagna then top with cheese mixture. Repeat layering. Bake until pasta is done, 20 to 30 minutes.
