While fried food may be easy to prepare, it isn’t the healthiest way to have your meals. Indeed, frying—especially deep-frying—is just about the least healthy way to prepare food. So why not try the alternatives? Baking, grilling, and steaming are considered quite healthy, and contrary to what you might think, cooking your food using these methods is quite easy.
