Christmas is celebrated the world over, but different places have different traditions and different ways of observing this holiday. Filipinos go for hamon and queso de bola, for example, while roast turkey and Christmas pudding may be staples in other countries.

After growing up in Columbia, working in New York, and settling in Manila, Chef David Pardo de Ayala of Discovery Suites shows his appreciation for cultural diversity in his cooking with these yuletide recipes.
