Christmas came and went, but there's still one more holiday to celebrate! Chime in the New Year with a dessert that's no hassle to make! Tweak the recipe of your favorite cake mix then top it off with a deep dark glaze that will set off the fruity flavors of the cake wonderfully.

Orange Bundt With Chocolate Ganache

1 package yellow cake mix
3 fresh oranges
300 grams dark chocolate
1/2 cup cream

1. Prepare yellow cake according to package directions, substituting water for fresh orange juice and adding grated zest of 1 orange.
2. Butter and flour a Bundt pan and pour in batter. Bake. Remove cake from pan and cool on wire rack.
3. To make chocolate ganache, chop dark chocolate. Place in a bowl. In a saucepan, heat cream until it bubbles. Pour heated cream over chopped chocolate. Let stand for 3 minutes then mix until well blended. Let cool then pour over cake.
