  1. Prepare your seasonings (herbs, spices, etc) and fillings (cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, kangkong, etc).
  2. Place into large individual ramekins or any ovenproof bowl that fits your oven.
  3. Crack an egg over each.
  4. Place in the oven, and set the timer.
  5. Do something else.

Breakfast will be ready when the timer has run down so take the time off and start this long weekend right.
