@J.warner When do you plan on getting a scan? I still haven?t scheduled my first appointment pero nag prenatal multivitamins nako and pinipilit ko uminom ng milk kahit I feel like throwing up sa lasa..

Are you working? Ang hirap to stay awake in the day time.. when I go home from work I want to sleep right away but I am hungry 😬

Do you guys know if effective ang olive oil to prevent tear?

I'm also working and grabe yung antok ko. Kaya pag off sinusulit ko talagang matulog/magpahinga nalang buong araw..

Had my 1st ultrasound. Sono said baby is measuring 8w 4d. Heartbeat is 170 bpm. Ang tagal pa bago ako manganak due date last wk Feb.

Hello sisses. Kamusta pagbubuntis? Yesterday checkup namen ni baby. Dumame na prinescribe saken na vitamins. Yung multivitamins for preggies (Pregnavyte), Folic with iron and calcium supplement. Binili ko sila pero diko nalang pala iinumin yung folic with iron since may folic and iron na yung multivitamins. Sabe ni OB kahapon I might be having a baby girl pero coconfirm nya pa after 3 weeks.

Sobrang same tayo sis. :) Btw, I'm 9 weeks and 2 days due 1st week of March.

Medyo scared ako kasi nga high risk because of my condition. 😔

Also one more thing, wala po ako masyadong gana kumain. Though kumakain naman ako, pero konti lang and naiinis ako kasi laging gutom so I have to eat all the time. Hayyy.

Hi sis, may mga preggy moms talaga na hindi malakas kumain, ganyan din ako, medyo nagkagana lang ako kumain on my 3rd month pero wala yun paglilihi mode. In regards of your high risk pregnancy, if kaya mas dalasan ang visit sa OB ganun na lang gawin mo atleast mas maccheck din condition ni baby. Less kilos2 din 😊

@hermione

Sis medyo I don't understand pelvic cramps. When I told my OB about having mild abdominal cramps, she asked me kung feeling ko daw bang may lalabas... and I said wala naman. Ganun ba yung sayo, feeling mo may lalabas?

Apart from those, I'm also experiencing indigestion, bloatedness, constipation.

I wasn't like this sa first pregnancy ko... Sobrang iba... I breezed through my first... I just hope mag okay na ko sa mga susunod na linggo.

@hermione

I experienced abdominal cramps nung 6th wk ko (dysmenorrhea like pain mga 4/10 for one whole day). High risk din ako due to PCOS and Hypothyroidism and taking Duphaston and Duvadilan mula first check up nung 5th wk. Although working kasi ako that time. Inignore ko yung abd cramps kasi I thought normal sa early pregnancy plus kampante ako sa meds pero the next day nag bleeding ako. Kaya I suggest na inform your OB to make sure.

Mula nung nagbleeding ako at 6th wk I am on strict bed rest and my sick leave turned to resignation. I am on my 17th wk now, 6wks ako nagtake ng Duvadilan tapos yung Duphaston ko was changed to Utrogestan (mas okay daw na pampakapit as per OB). Tuloy tuloy yung pampakapit kahit 2nd trimester na.

Hi momshies, question lang, is there anyone from here who tried taking folic acid and contraceptive pills at the same time? I just had a miscarriage experience and my OB advised me to take both in preparation of my next pregnancy, but still im wondering. I just want to make sure that my next pregnancy will be successful.

What I understand, pelvic is lower abdomen so I refer as yung puson naten.

I told my OB about pain she said no pain is normal, from 2 times a day take ko daw 3 times Duphaston. Ayun lang sinabi nya. Now I don?t know what to do, I can?t go to the hospital everytime I have pain kasi halos everyday to wala naman bleeding or spotting minsan white discharge lang and last week lang check up ko she said evetything?s ok pati blood test ko. I?m 9 weeks now, next check up ko 12 weeks na.

Sa appetite, ayun lagi walang gana and lagi din bloated, constipated and gas. Di naman ako mapili sa food, I just don?t like food at all kaso nga gutom so I have to. Basta magulo yung feeling.

Sis after 1st trimester di nako nahihilo at inaantok masyado. 15weeks nako ngayun. 3pm tas 6pm.

#TeamFebruary here. I'm starting to search for a hospital/clinic that is budget friendly yet quality services in Metro. My situation is currently complicated. tho I have a job and the father is not "yet" estranged, but I don't want to expect anything from him as he cannot commit financial support even though he has a job as well. Anyone who have any idea of the prices of some hospitals?

Thanks Mommies Xoxo.

^ hi Tingthing - medyo napaflashback ako sa situation mo same here with my 1st baby. It has been 7 years at never as in never kahit piso nagsupport yung tatay (pinoy). Mas ok and tahimik buhay namin now. (I am currently pregnant with 2nd baby. Aussie tatay. Team February as well).

Anyways, saan ka sa metro Manila? Maybe other sissies can also recommend a hosp/clinic na malapit sa iyo. Good also you are working sana you can get SSS & Philhealth benefits malaking tulong din.

And bumili ako baby stuff mostly 2nd hand but in good condition sa ateneo baby bazaar etc. Nakabili ako Graco crib in very good condition 1,500 lang ata yun. May work ako so I have my intellicare card at dependent ko si baby so free yung checkups nya sa medical city clinic. Kaya yan :)

Mga mommies pwede na kaya magpa massage? Currently 12 weeks. Kahit soft massage lang pamparelax.

^May mga prenatal massage sis but I am not informed properly about it. Even I wanted to do it kasi minsan may masasakit lalo sa balakang. But I?m only 10 weeks pregnant medyo scared pa do something like that. Better yet ask your OB about it.

Mga sis may isa pa kong question may difference kasi diba sa gestational age vs fetal age. Should I count my pregnancy by gestational and not the fetal age?

^ @hermione28

Kung regular naman period mo and alam mo 1st day of last period mo yun na lang pagbasehan mo.
But based on my LMP, Feb 25. I guess it doesn?t really matter to me.

Just FYI for other sissies:
Gestational age is the age of the pregnancy from the last normal menstrual period (LMP), and fetal age is the actual age of the growing baby.
