I decided not to get the copic ciao markers na muna that i saw. Ang dami kong purchases na eh. But si craft carrot has touch markers, cheaper than copics. Madami lang colors na out of stock ngayon. Hintayin ko na lang siguro yon.

Aaralib ko muna ang colored pencils ko. They were shipped out na din daw yesterday. 😊

Kainggit naman si sis belle.. Buti ka pa dami mong choices like sis mindy. Dito pahirapan ang copy. My sister got this art therapy sa powerbooks, last stock na... Bilis maubos, ganun style pa naman like ko i color parang mga paisley..

I'm not an art lover or anything but way back late 2013, I had a check-up dahil sa pananakit ng tiyan ko kasabay ng sakit ng ulo. The doctor found out that I had mild migraine due to stress. Sabi nya laging sabay ang sakit ng ulo at tiyan kapag stress. Medicines are good pero I want to try others so I searched for alternatives. One alternative is healing crystals. I've read and bought books for crystals and purchased some stones that I like. So far, effective ang crystals sa akin. The second one is thru art coloring. I thought pambata lang ang coloring books but I've found some coloring books for anti-stress too. So last year, I bought The Mandala Coloring Book by Jim Gogarty. It is so beautiful and the author has listed each meaning of colors so kailangan piliin kung anong colors ang gusto based on your moods. He also explains that there are two meaning of the way we color a design. If we start at the middle going to the edge meaning we are ready to share ourselves to others. But if we start from edge to the middle, meaning we like to keep ourselves from others. Hehe...sa ngayon whenever I feel na mai-stress na ako, I go for these 2 alternatives.

ps: I went to BGC yesterday and dumaan ako sa 2 NBS (Aura and Market) and Fully Booked. Out of stocks ang adult coloring books sa NBS Aura then konti na lang yung pagpipilian sa Fully Booked. I got one last stock (Blossom Magic). Then sa NBS Market, andaming varieties ng color pens - Stabilo, Sharpies, Dong-A(?) etc.

^ Hi sis! I saw that book by Jim Gogarty in an online blog and I really like the style. Oh so there's a meaning pala even sa way ng pagcolor. Though ako kasi it depends sa design kung saan ako magsstart. Most of the time sa middle para hindi lang magbleed yung color sa hands ko lol

Nagpa inquire ako sa friend ko at marami pa daw available na coloring books sa Fully Booked ATC and SM Southmall Parang ang una kong gustong unahin yung Paisleys: Coloring for Artists.

Naku sis miss taken hirap maghanap ng paisleys na coloring book. Yun na lang kulang ko but if di talaga ako makakita, i will ask na lang a friend of mine in australia to buy me those books and ship it here.. Haha addict ako sobra sa coloring

I texted he and she said the secret of Japan and Paris is 740. but I got those from National bookstores for 499 lang. bakit mas mahal sya?

^ malaki nga patong nila. Yung Secret Garden may nagbebenta for 1600, but if you buy online lalo na pag free worldwide shipping, it only costs 600-800.

Naka-swerte ako sa creative haven books na nakuha ko sa kanya kasi P220 din benta nya.

My completed pages are in an envelope lang. Dont know what to do with them also but some have their work framed.

^^Hindi hassele to get it from the post office or do you use a ... is it called a "forwarder"?  Kasi from my Amazon order before (way back pa) grabe yung sinisingil na tax sa post office.

If i buy from amazon, i use a forwardee kasi mahal ng shipping to here plus taxes pa. Kaya before i tried bookdepository, i asked around muna kung sa post office nga ba o hindi kasi di din ok experience ko.

^Sige balitaan mo na lang kami when you're order gets here.  Kasi mukhang mas ok nga yan direct sa address mo yung delivery.

Yes, OA na talaga sa post office ngayon.  They also require us to bring the Paypal receipts na, unlike before na ID lang to claim.  I guess they want to check the real amount and not the declared amount.  Kasi nga naman there is a way around that.  Kaya hindi na maiiwasan yung pagbayad ng tax for that.

I know what you mean! Took me awhile to dive into this too. Patingin tingin lang ako dati kasi alam ko lalabas pagka-OC ko. (Lumabas nga! Haha) But I'm teaching myself to enjoy and relax lang....I still nitpick and have moments of impatience, but overall, na-eenjoy ko naman.

Re: shipping & buying online --- I always pick the longest shipping service, which means bagsak nung parcel is sa post office, not DHL or any other service. Dati kasi I know how expensive it can get pag mabilisang shipment. So, I choose the cheapest, lalo na hindi naman ako nagmamadali dumating yung item. Our post office here (Cainta) has no issues naman and I only pay 60 to claim my parcels. Have been purchasing online sporadically since 2005 and have done the same process all the time.

Recently, however, (as in less than 2 weeks ago lang) I had an item shipped out from Korea and I was surprised a brand new Philpost delivery van arrived at our house with it. They do this na daw, so that we don't have to go and pick up sa post office. They only charged us 100 for the delivery and gave us resibo for it. I don't know if it's the same for all post offices all over the country. But I welcome the service, convenient and justifiable naman yung 100.
