ako i feel full when i eat soupy dishes like yongtaufoo (singaporean food) glass noodles with fishballs usually nilalagay ko.

other than that, I take safslim (by gnc) para appetite suppressant. effective naman so far wala na ganong afternoon hunger.

Some of my favorites are :
- oatmeal
- sweet potatoes (fave ko yung purple yung loob)
- egg
- growers nutribar
- kalbe fitbar
- fruits
- 1 slice of bread w/ laughing cow cream cheese or peanut butter

Moderation is key. ;)

I love this thread haha

Calorie counting kasi and diet ko Lol.
Mas matagal ka magugutom if you eat fruits or vegies,  compared sa crackers. Besides, hindi hamak na mas mababa calories ng fruits and vegies sa crackers. And I have to limit myself from 600 cal per day hay.

Skyflakes 3 pcs = 150 cal
Skyflakes fit 3 pcs = 120 cal
Growers nutribar = 120 cal
100g Oatmeal = 150 cal
Futa 8 pcs = 150 cal
1 Quaker oat cookie = 150 cal

Fruits: (below 80 calories eto)
Apple
1 cup papaya
1 cup pineapple
1 cup melon
1 Boiled saba saging

(below 150 calories)
1 Banana = 100 or 120 cal
1 manggo = 135 cal
1 Saba saging = 102 cal

Protein:
Chicken breast, wag fried!
Tofu
Beans
Steamed Tilapia

Yummy dont's
Cake = ave. 500+ caloies / slice
Doughnut & pizza = ave. 400 cal 1 pc
Pasta = ave. 375 cal one plate, max. ay 500 cal / plate
1 bar chocolate = ave. 280 cal

Fastfood (mcdo, jollibee, kfc, bk, etc) Min. cal na ay 375 cal sa mga inooffer nila, which is a burger. Minsan burger aabot pa ng 400 cal. Chicken meal 500+ cal

I feel fuller pag fruits kinain ko compared sa skyflakes and fita, parang kulang pa ang 3 or 9 pcs at after 2 hours gutom na ako.

Usana Nutrimeal  at 240 or 250 cal. is a good meal replacement.

I hope others share other lower-cal protein drinks/shakes here. Protein vs fruits (fructose) is better at not piling up fats.

^^HTH :) nakadipende ata sa calorie intake ng tao yun? Yung nakalagay sa pinakababa ng nutrional facts, yung maliit na based on average ... Best pa din water and green tea for beverage since both ay 0 calorie and a lot of other benefits, compared sa iced tea na madaming sugar.

^Starbucks :) pero not sure kung inooffer sa phil since wala pa ako nakikita. eto list:
http://www.starbucks.com/menu/nutrition/20-under-200

Basta I always choose raw instead of processed.

One ingredient ice cream you can do at home for less than 10 pesos. No need for ice cream maker. And it is soo delicious! One banana is more than enough para sa akin.

Banana ice cream (105 cal/banana)

What you need:
1. Banana (make sure hindi masyado ripe, magiging brown yung ice cream)
2. Blender
3. Freezer

Steps:
1. Cut banana into chunks
2. Put it inside the freezer hanggang super tigas na
3. Blend the frozen banana

That's it! Search sa youtube nalang for clearer idea. I swear, try it. Guilt free ice cream
