^^ Sis, you may check my previous posts, I posted a link on the ingredients and recipe. There are also lots of recipes online. But basic ingredients are: 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup milk(any milk you like), 1 teaspoon honey/sugar. Then you add whatever toppings you want. :)

^ Yes sis, di sya mushy talaga. If you want it a little smoother, you may microwave it naman for 30 - 60 seconds. But I prefer eating overnight oatmeal cold, straight from the fridge. ;D Parang dessert, especially if chocolate milk yung gamit ko :D

Natuwa naman ako sa refrigerated overnight oats. I eat oatmeal but the instant kind only. I have heard that it's inferior compared to rolled or steal oats but never realized how much. Saka nag instant din ako kasi kapag other kinds parang ang tagal ng prep.

But with overnight oatmeal I have no excuse for that na! Will try this ^_^

Question though. Saan kayo nakakabili greek yogurt, almond/nut butter, almond milk? :D

^ but take note sis you fry tikoy and di ba you coat it pa with egg and that tends to soak up a lot of oil eh. so not healthy din.
