It's good to eat negative calorie foods to feel full if you feel like snacking, or you just really want to limit your calorie intake.

They're not literally negative calorie. They're just food but low in calories. They are basically foods that require more energy to digest than what they actually provide.

Some examples are : broccoli, lettuce, celery, cabbage, apple, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and ice water.

From the Dr. Oz show: food substitutions

nung nag green smoothies ako, mas busog ako sa umaga - lunch then hapon di ako nagugutom for merienda. medyo mahirap lang talaga I-maintain kasi you need to buy ingredients daily. maganda din effect sa skin ko nung nag green smoothies ako, usually on my period nagkakaron ako ng pimple sa t zone ko, pero that time ng smoothies ako, waley as in super clear :) will plan to get back sa smoothies and detox next week. sa tingin ko maganda talaga sa katawan yung if you eat raw vegetable, every day full of energy :)

I lurv green smoothies!
It's such a yummy way to have your veggies everyday.

Note for those who don't know it's:
40% green leafy veg like spinach, kale, or other.
60% fruit.
Ice.

Personally though I reverse the ratio so it's 60:40 veggie to fruits. Tapos naka-freezer lahat so pag gumawa ako di ko kailangan maraming ice.
I also add matcha (green tea) powder and a couple Tbsp EVCO (Extra Virgin Coconut Oil)
Minsan if I want it to be creamy nilalagyan ko ng almond milk kasi di maganda dairy sakin

Nga pala eating crackers, cereals, bread and other baked goods on a regular basis is asking for trouble. They're super, super bad for you.
Whole foods are still the best.

I find soaked muesli really filling.

Also, try to Google "fullness factor". It can get confusing though, so i just stick to fruits and vegies na high in fiber/fluid content and snack on that. Anything na mabagal ma-digest :)

^ the sweetener used with teas is usually honey. Sa coffee shops and hotels, they give honey. So i guess yun na lang gamitin mo instead. Nga pala sis, when you were saying na 50% sugar, milktea yun? From the usual milktea outlets? Hehe parang bawing bawi na lahat na pinagod mo sa gym at tiniis mong rice na di mo kainin with milkteas. The milk/cream that they're using is really fattening.

Sadly as much as i love whipped cream and all other creamy goodness, including mga doughnuts and other "sinfully tasty" food, fluffy pancakes and breads, all of those are fattening and i try as much as i am able to avoid them. I now eat salads for lunch but i dont use mayo-based or thousand islands, instead i make my own dressing, if i want a creamy dressing, i usually buy nonfat or greek yoghurt and used it as my base.

I'll be back sa juicing and infused water na lang ulit. And by the way sis how many tbsp or tsp usually nilalagay sa isang cup of tea. I like green tea so much. Can you suggest for tea or low calorie drinks na pwede ko itake? Yes sis palagi 50% sugar sinasabi ko. I really love whipped cream also!

ayun nga, detox/infused/lemon water na lang siguro and teas. hehe. i'm loving detox water nga ngayon eh, it helps cut the craving and flushes toxins out.  ;)

well it's "relatively" lower calorie compared sa mga 100% sugar pero hehe ayun nga, yung cream/milk and the sugar.

^Yung kinain ko kanina sis is pork ribs and iced tea. Plus may mashed potato and mac and cheese. Di talaga ako papayat neto. Kelangan ko iburn to tomorrow. And i will still consume the 1200 calorie diet na. Hirap kasi sa akin pasaway. I also skip meals kasi tulog ako sa morning.

Sis should i start with oatmeal diet sa morning and didiscipline ko na talaga sarili ko.

How do you change your detox water.
