Size lang naman pala ang problema I think hindi naman malaking issue kung sasabihin mo kay fiance mo. You know him better than any of us so say it in a way na hindi naman sya mao-offend. Sabihin mo na din sa kanya na balak mo ipa-repair yung ring kasi worried ka na dahil sa manipis sya eh maputol. Maiinitindihan naman nya yun. Kung kaya mo idaan ng pabiro, I think mas okay yun.

Yeah that right sis... mas ok din na pag usapan nyu ng fiance mo!!1

KP means karat plumb. It means your ring is exactly 14kt gold.

They allow variations kasi up to a certain amount. So yung 13.80kt can still be labelled 14kt.

Not sure about the 7 digits? Maybe stock code or diamond certificate? Although that's usually engraved on the diamond.

^ @Chili1113 -  hehe.. I don't think any woman wants any whatsoever sort-of-hand-me-downs (kahot na hindi naibigay) from your hubby's exes. I told my hubby before when we were still dating, to make sure that there are no remnants of his ex, especially when I started visiting his place.   Talagang nagtatapon ako ng gamit hehe kagit bago pa.  Or I gave it to goodwill. 

Anyways, would it be better if you have the gold melted and made into a different jewellry? Like a pendant for a necklace? Or a bracelet charm?..  Naisip ko lang,  sayang ang jewellry  hehe.. (biglang doble kara ang peg ).

^Hahaha YES MissusO... everytime I even try wearing it at home I feel like I am allergic to it hahahha.

Hubby says he will get another matching stone and we will turn it into earrings =) But he said sa 5th anniversary nalang since he is saving up for a project/investment, which I totally understand.

Is it weird though that I have a few pieces of jewelry from my ex-hubby but I don't mind wearing them at all? (Although I only wear them when I go places I might lose it since I know I wont feel so bad if I misplace pieces given by ex-hubby) Haha maybe it is because I know it was really given and meant for me even if it is my ex-hubby who gave it. BUT I think though it is a different story to wear jewelry my hubby now originally bought for another woman!!

Really just goes to show that it isn't so much cost of jewelry that makes something valuable to someone. It really is the story that goes behind it.

Share ko lang mga sis. In our case, sinama nya ako sa pagpili ng ring to be sure daw na gusto ko. Pero syempre, may price range sya na binigay, and surprise kung kelan nya ibibigay. 😊

I think this is more practical especially for guys na medyo nahihiyang mag canvas ng ring. Sinamahan ko sya mag check ng mga stores and compare the prices.

May surprise factor pa rin naman kasi kung paano nya sasabihin and ie-execute. 😊

Kahit noon pa man, kapag napapadaan kami sa mga jewelry shop lalo na kapag may SALE nagtitingin tingin kami ng mga wedding rings, rings, etc. Nagkakasundo kami sa designs, pareho kami ng mga gusto.

Nung mag proposed siya sakin, nasurprise ako, hindi ko kasi alam na magpoproposed na siya, iba pala talaga ang pakiramdam, feeling thankful and blessed.

Hi ladies. I started losing weight (intentionally or otherwise due to work-related and wedding-prep stress haha) and now my engagement ring is a bit loose on my left ring finger. I have transferred it temporarily on my right middle finger, but my left ring finger feels naked. There are moments when I slightly panic because I felt like I lost my e-ring!

Do you know any temporary remedy so the ring would fit better? I think I read this here before, but I can't remember what it's called! 

I feel you sis. I feel naked without it na. Naa-alarm ako agad. 😊

In our case, I accompanied my fiancé to buy a ring for his cousin who is based overseas who's apparently going to propose to his gf. They asked a favor na baka pwede raw ring size ko ang ipagaya. Hehe. So we went to the shop and kinuha ring size ko. That's when my fiancé knew my size. Para-paraan! Hehe. Then he asked me to help him choose a ring. So merong ring na super nagandahan talaga ko. Super lady and princess-like. So I told him na maganda yun. Then he said na iba nalang. We got a simpler ring for his cousin. Haha! That's the time na nalaman niya ang peg ko sa ring. 😊
So when he proposed to me, I was really in cloud nine when I saw that he got me the ring that I really wanted. Medyo pinamodify niya lang but it looked better and I super loved it! ❤️

^same tayo sis bersh. when we started our wedding preps prior to engagement, nag-bridal fair muna kami para makapag-sukat ako ng ring size ko and maka-tingin and try ako ng iba-ibang designs. Gusto kasi namin both na perfect fit sakin yung ring and yung gusto ko talaga ang design.

After some time pumunta din kami ng Diamond Fire and dun namin nakita ang engagement ring ko! Bypass design, very simple, but i really reaaally love it! Nag-down lang sya then secret na kung kelan nya babalikan for pickup at kung kelan ang proposal hihi. Na-surprise pa din naman ako sa proposal, and im really happy with my ring!

Kakatuwa naman yung mga engagement ring stories dito. ☺️ In my case, it's a total surprise talaga kaya medyo maluwag so pinaadjust pa namin after the proposal. But my fiance has a good taste in choosing the diamond and design kaya sobrang nagustuhan ko yung ring kasi ang gandaaaa! 😍 I've found out tagal din nyang nagresearch pala for the right ring. hehe

That was my favorite shot since it was taken right after he proposed. We were having our early dinner and waiting for the sunset when the song 'Marry Me' started playing in the background. At first dko pa napansin and he asked me to open the pineapple (dessert) and when i opened it, nandun yung note nya 'will you marry me' and on bended knees, he opened the small ring box. ☺️
