yes acceptance is very important, i believe its the start of moving on. It makes you let go of the pain and hatred, and you start accepting the lesson life is teaching you.

Acceptance and fogiveness talaga. If you forgive nalang him for hurting you then unti unti nawawala yun hurt and you tend to forget and get over things.

Seems easy, but those are two of the hardest things to achieve, acceptance and forgiveness. Haha!

I think its even harder if you need to forgive yourself the most, coz maybe youre the reason why the relationship ended. oh well...

ako whatever I feel like doing or feeling

Kung nakakaramdam ako ng galit, I create certain scenarios in my head na kunwari kausap ko sya at babarahin ko sya dun kahit syempre wala naman ako makukuhang sagot, I also cry when I feel the need to cry, di ko pinipigilan, I'm not going to tell myself na di sya worthy iyakan, minsan hindi naman yung tao yung iniiyakan mo e, minsan kailangan mo lang talaga ilabas yung sama ng loob thru tears.

Minsan pa, pag hindi ako makatulog, I would daydream na magandang maganda na ako, sexy na ulit tapos may kasama akong papa-licious na BF tapos makakasalubong namin sya or makakasabay sa elevator and then he would be surprised, ganun. I don't know kung normal yun but it works for me.

A no. of times nakakaramdam ako ng self pity pero dumadaan lang naman din. I noticed now, hindi ko na masyadong dinidibdib yung nangyari, parang wala eh, ganun talaga, tuloy ang buhay..

Deactivated na FB ko, I barely post pics on my Instagram, basta I stayed away from online activities.  Had I known its benefits, matagal ko nang dinecativate, baka dinelete ko pa nga ang FB ko, could have saved me a lot of heartaches.

Sis remember it takes two to tango.

let me barrow Derek Ramsey's line from the movie one more chaance "sana nga ganon kadali eh, the problem is I became unsure....."

but yeah, it really takes two to tango, relationships definitely requires hardwork.

^ The second one. :) And I'm not rushing through the process. If it has to hurt a few more days, okay lang. It gets easier every day, like I didn't cry na yesterday. Now, I'm just starting to feel excited na for a new adventure. I'm starting to dream again of a new love. I wonder kung anong kind of love naman yung susunod. :)

^Sis same tayo i take it one day at a time. Its been a month already but i still cry everyday. I know one day mapapagod din ako umiyak. I'm excited for what god has in store for me. For a new love perhaps. Pero i kept praying na sana this time kung my ibibigay siya uli sana it's for real na, lifetime partner na. I've been through alot. Sobrang nakakapagod na yung magmamahal ka tapos in the end wala rin naman. Ayoko na ng papalit palit.

^ tama naman, dahan dahan..

Don’t put pressure on yourself. The first step to getting over your ex is acceptance. The second step is to keep walking. Wag tumakbo, baka madapa, mas masakit yun.

Paulo Coelho says in one of his books, “When somebody leaves, it’s so that somebody else can arrive.”
Darating din yung para satin. There’s someone for everyone, and you will find true love, sooner or later, AJA!! fighting!!!

Focus on yourself after the break up. Meet with friends and hang out with family. Refrain from contacting ex. You both need time and space.

Accept the fact that there will no longer be reconciliation. Grieving is a very difficult process.

i was with my ex for 6 years before i met my hubby.

what i can suggest is to first, give yourself time to cry. ilabas mo lahat yan. harapin mo yun sakit. mapapagod ka kakaiyak promise. deleted his contact sa phone ko, removed from fb and ym. umabot ako sa point na nagpalit din ako ng number. tulong ko sa sarili ko. para hindi ako matempt mag intay ng text sakanya. lumabas ako with closest friends. it helps na may kasama ka na nakikinig sayo and sincere na kadamay mo. again, cry alone. im used to closing my lights when i sleep but after the breakup, i always left my lights open, until maging ok ako. then, mind set ko, tapos na. kahit bumalik pa sya or hindi, wala na. ayoko na. mahirap umasa. iniisip ko ako lang mag mukhang t****. ma-pride din kasi ako kahit pano. then, make over. joined retreats. visited old friends. enjoyed time with my family. additional lang sis, gabi gabi ko pinakinggan tong song na to, Don Moen, God will make a way. to help us believe na kahit ano pa yan, kakayanin mo kasi andyan si God. and hindi Nya tayo binigyan ng time mabuhay to be sad. nasa satin lang talaga. after 1 month, im proud to say, i was ok na. after 5 months, kami na ng hubby ko. we're already 7 years. :)

kaya mo yan sis. basta alam mo kung ano yun deserve mo. after that, malalaman mo na kaya mo magmahal without losing yourself. magiging mature ka sa susunod mong relationship. and malalaman mo yun balance ng love sa sarili, sa partner and fam. minsan kasi na ta-take for granted ang fam pag may bf. but on my lowest point, fam ko lang ang bumuhat sakin. ang nagtiis sakin. ang nasaktan for me.

pray sis and God bless.
