@foxymom, my experience with the Austrian embassy tipid sila magbigay. Si hubby naman sa German embassy, ganun din. Kung ano dates nya yun lang binigay. French embassy pa rin ang generous magbigay. If you can manage a dummy booking so you can apply there, okay sana para tipid on your succeeding trips. Good luck!

im planning to attend a conference in october sa Poland. earliest time I can apply is 6 months before departure, tama ba mga sis?

gusto ko kasi apply earliest time possible para if approved makakuha ng cheaper airfare.

Mga sis question, march 3 submission namin ng docs sa italian embassy. Sabi sa call center, submission lang, may interview pa ba yun?

Sa french embassy dapat kame magaapply kaya lang march 16 pa interview appointment namin, hindi kame aabot, march 24 na alis namin..

Joining this thread as I'm planning for my first trip to Europe and I have absolutely no idea on Visa Application. Please help girls

My first trip will be in Rome, I understand I have to apply my visa in the Embassy of Italy right? I've read here that it's the most inefficient of all Schengen states when it comes to visa application but it seems like I have no choice how long does it take for them to release the visa/passport?

Hi everyone! Been backreading a lot. Tanong ko lang , 60 Euro is 2800 pesos lang diba? Medyo mas mura pala kesa mag US visa application ako. Regarding mga hotel bookings, i might do the booking via agoda para free cancellation if ever di mabigyan. What about plane ticket? Kailangan ko ba mag book ng airline ticket? Yun kasi ang mahal talaga diba? Me and fiance were researching now if we can have our honeymoon in Paris instead of Japan. Since gagastos na lang din kami. With japan kasi, mura lang ang cebupac tickets. With europe, ang mahal.

Sorry sa mga questions ko, been backreading pero so far mga nababasa ko may mga airline tickets and mga hirap sa paghintay sa italian embassy.

Gusto ko sana sa non appearance lang kasi nakakatakot painterview. Pero kung complete docs naman, baka try ko na din sa france. I have used korean visa and used australian visa and employed for 7 years now with the same multinational company. Patulong po sana.

Nagpurchase na ba kayo ng akrline ticket bago kayo nag apply sa embassy? Or pwede wala pang airline ticket? Thanks po

you dont have to submit a paid ticket. Call an airline and ask for a reservation/booking and that would do.

Submitted the docs with via.. Received a notification from italian embassy that we need to go to the embassy for interview haaay.. Will go tomorrow.. Cross fingers.. March 24 na alis ko papuntang dubai, sana umabot..

Arghhh just got our visas from Italian embassy sobrang kuripot grabe after the pabalik balik moments namin dun, single entry lang and we have to report back.

On december babalik kami ulit and we purchased our tickets already. Hinding hindi nako magaapply sa Italian embassy. Hassle. But still, am thankful kasi granted kami and hindi denied haha. Nakakainis lang na parang walang bearing ang US visa at dami ng travel at laman ng bank account haaay

Maybe sa Italian Embassy in PH lang ganyan? Kasi 2011 and 2012, we applied both times sa Italian Embassy, pero sa Dubai. Via VFA kami nag-submit ng docs. Our passports with visas were released within a week yata. Duration na binigay is x2 ng travel duration namin.

not always bad reviews on the Italian Embassy in Manila. There are a few lucky ones who gets a very fast and effective result. Pero most of the time sa mga nababasa ko, talagang mahilig silang mag last minute. Say your leaving 24, aba 23 nila rerelease documents/passport mo. I remember when I was having my interview, there was a girl, i assume she does not have an appointment, was crying outside the embassy and begging them to release her passport. That was back in 2013. Hangang ngayon mukang madami padin horror stories. Okay na din kasi Prada lang ang nagustuhan ko sa Italy.

Yes sis vain_kixie. Its our first time at Italian Embassy and our first European trip too haha. I have heard horror stories na talaga sa Italian kaya French kami dapat sana but February na kami nakapagpa appoint (this friday na alis namin) and the earliest date the French E. Could give is March 16. No choice!!! But then, i think we are lucky narin sis. Kasi mabait yung Filipina that handled our application. Natagalan lang din because of hubby (need niya ipresent ang business profile nila even if parents niya ang owner and employee lang siya dun) and because of our NSO marriage cert na hindi pa available nung time na nagapply kami haha. Nilabas talaga kami ng consul and her interpreter to tell us that she cannot waive the NSO because we are married hmpf. Sabi ko kay hubby sana single na lang kami nagapply (newly weds kasi kami haha) baka napabilis pa.

Yung isang Filipina dun na nagiinterrogate, sobrang terror! Window 2 ata yun. Lahat ata refused sa window na yun. And rude siya. Nakakaawa lahat ng iniinterview niya.
