Hi,

I've been looking for everyday vitamins that's boosts your immune system and can give you extra energy throughout the day.

Lately, I've only been drinking potencee since I am also acidic.

Wanting to try stress tabs?
Anyone have tried it and can it really lessen stress?

I?m not taking any vitamins pero im planning to. Hindi ako sakitin talaga like flu ko
Once a year lang pero narealize ko di healthy mga kinakain ko so baka need ko ng  vitamins. Lately sa gut ang problem ko, like hyperacidity. Hay. Hirap ng tumatanda na hehe!

Any recommendations for vitamins, yung sana di nakakataba?
Low blood/anemic din ako (based sa yearly APE) and though wala naman sya effect sakin may binigay sakin yung doctor parang folic something na kinagulat ko kasi kala ko para sa mga TTC lang yun.

^You might want to add probiotics for healthy digestive system. Rotate different strains regularly so you have everything. The best source though is fermented foods like Kimchi, at mga binurong pagkain.

True! I love kimchi with almost everything.

I wonder if it's also good for someone who is acidic or has gerd?

^Maanghang ang Kimchi so di siguro advisable sa hyperacidic. Pili na lang ng ibang binurong pagkain. Bigla tuloy akong naglaway kasi favorite ko yung burong mustasa...lol!

^Not sure kung saan nakakabili ng buro. Siguro sa palengke. But you can definitely do it yourself. I tried making my own Kefir before. I should do it again.

I attended a seminar on the ABCD's of Supplements last week. Certified Naturopath yung speaker. Very informative!

I am taking Vitamin D3. Kelangan pala with Vitamin K to. She recommended Fish Oil Omega-3, Magnesium and of course, the usual Multi-Vitamins because sa ngayon, we are not getting enough from the food we eat. Probiotics are also very important. If you can eat fermented food, the better.

So, I have Vitamin D3 and K. Calcium with Magnesium. Vitamin C during winter months. Probiotics. And iron supplements because I am a bit low. And of course, the usual suspects, Multi-Vitamins.

Sis what brand are you taking Vitamin D3? Gusto ko mag take ng Vitamin D3. Ok lang ba pagsabayin ang Multivitamins, Vitamin D3 and Vit.E? Hindi ba too much yun? TIA.

^My vitamin D3 is brand named Prairie Naturals. Check your multi-vitamins if it has enough Vitamin E. Then you don't have to take another dosage of Vitamin E. And take your supplements properly to get the best absorption. Like is it water soluble or fat soluble? Do you take it before, with or after a meal. If you are taking medications, may contra indications ba with supplements. For Vitamin D3, di sya recommended to take at night because it can affect your sleep. You can Google this information and so you can plan throughout the day. I have a small pillbox for the whole week that has morning, noon and evening. Every Sunday ko ino-organize ang  supplements para di ko nakakalimutan.

^Thank you sis. Will check sa Pharmacy about Vitamin D3. Meron din kasi isang sis natin ang nagsabi na good for health daw ang magtake ng Vit D3. Anti cancer daw that?s why i really want to try. Alam mo na kapag nagka edad kung ano2x na ang nararamdaman.😂 kaya dapat mas maging maaalaga tayo sa body natin.
