nag-gain pa ko..D: simula ng uminom ako ng multi-vitamins..pagnag.150lbs ako ulit titigil ko vitamins ko..:(

^ sis ikaw din ang laki na ng nalose mo :D  actually medyo bumagal na nga yung weigh loss ko dati around 4.5lbs per week eh :D

sis ano diet plan mo?

Hi pa join din. Ako I started my diet last July 2012. Starting weight after giving birth last June 137 lbs. I tried replacing white rice to brown rice then switched to red rice. I also tried eating oatmeal with skimmed milk. I lost 4 lbs. Current weight : 133 lbs. Exercise I do is household chores lang like lifting pail of water from morning to evening. Mopping the floor, and carrying my 7.5 kilos son and walking 1000 steps to put him to sleep. naging stagnant weight loss ko kasi nawili ako sa baking. I ate what I made. I should be more focused from now on para comes December maachieve ko kahit papano Ideal weight ko which is 110 -115 lbs. Ita-try ko din yung suggestion na mag cabbage diet. Go mga sisses. Kaya natin ito.

^sis I'm doing Cohen.... eto nga medyo nagcheat ako ng husto nung nasa phils ako kaya nag gain ako ulit waaahhh!!! pero I'm going to stick to it again... go go go!

ENOUGH EXCUSES!!! haay at dahil nagbakasyon ako sa PH at pag balik namin dito kasama namin ang sister ko nag gain nanaman ako ng bongga, but enough, i have to get back on track!!!  I'm using this to motivate me to go back on track :D  dapat next week may improvement na

Medyo naparami ang kain sa labas this week na may starchy stuff and meat Di bale, bawi na lang this week. :) effective sa akinyung pagiging vegetrian most days of the week so my cabbage is here to stay.

Thursday ako nag titimbang pag friday kasi naka jeans haha kaya feeling ko dagdag weight

prev. weight (sept. 1) - 168lbs
Oct 4 weight - 157lbs
Current weight - 154 lbs

target: 130lbs (or lower) :)

SW: 160 lbs (last week of September)
Last week's weigh in:157 lbs
CW: 156 lbs
GW: 140 lbs

Hinabol ko lang nitong past 3 days ang no kanin and meat ko kaya 1 pound lang nabawas. Lol. Effective replacing rice with cabbage (or any fibrous vegetable). Mahirap lang mag-resist when eating out. lol

Diet Plan: calorie counting, not more than 1200 calories per day
Exercise Plan: religious cardio (1 hour continuous brisk walking 3x a week)

Ang unti ng nawala sakin ngayon huhu pero dami kong cheat days this week ansarap kumain eh haha at wahhhhh nag soda ulit ako this week :( erase erase dapat sa system ko yan haha.
