Last Weigh in: 190
Current Weight: 187

so happy almost nearing 20 lbs lost. and this is with so much cheating pa ha!

Is this strictly for those trying to lose weight? Or pwede makijoin yun gusto naman mag gain ng weight?hehe either way, same concept naman na Hindi satisfied or hirap sa weight so pa-join please :)

Start weight: 100 lbs (Ito na ata weight ko forever. 5'3-5'4 height so underweight tAlaga)
Goal weight: kahit man Lang 105 lbs masaya nako

nice! I wanna join para ma inspire...but I can't afford any diet plan right now or going to the gym, moderation na lang sa lahat, esp. rice. No sodas and junk foods din and i'll try makapag walking or running. Kahit akyat baba lang sa 10th floor before taking a shower since napakainit dito sa mideast.

CW: 138.6 lbs
GW: 110-120 lbs

start pa lang ako mag weigh this fri. Good luck satin mga sissies!

Starting weight: 152 lbs
Goal weight 135 lbs

In a span of 2 weeks yung weight loss. Not bad :)

i'm late!

Start Weight: 205 lbs as of July 8
Last Weigh in:  187

18 lbs in less than 2 months, i guess not that bad. pero basta. frustrated pa din.

i think best time to weigh in is in the morning, before you have any water/food. sometimes i notice i weigh in before sleep and i'm almost always 2 lbs lighter in the morning. must be water weight. also i think our bodies metabolize din during sleep so it sheds some weight. also fyi, your body retains a lot of water during your period so when you weigh in during that week you might be 3 to 5 lbs heavier but you will lose all that after you're done with your period. fyi lang.

@kreez. ang galing your weight loss. as in walang stall!

^ sis ikaw din ang laki na ng nalose mo :D  actually medyo bumagal na nga yung weigh loss ko dati around 4.5lbs per week eh :D

Target weight: 140 lbs

I'm on a minimal-rice diet, mga sis. And I hope I can reach that goal before the year ends, haha or at least before my next Annual Physical/Medical Exam

Goal weight: 50 kilos

OT din, if you're trying to read kreez's blog it does redirect but i found the trick is to click the stop button on your browser after it loads the valid site so it won't redirect. hope that's helpful! interesting blog, she's writing about her diet. amazing weight loss journey  ;)
