Hello mga Sis. I wanna join here  ;D I'm so inspired to lose weight. Actually, nag start ako mag diet 3 weeks ago. I'll post my result on Friday as well.

Pansin ko ang bagal ko sobra mag lose ng weight pero on
the positive note im still losing weight akala ko kasi hypothyroid ako

Pasali po ako :)

Nag start ako mag Diet, 3 weeks ago pa talaga. Exercise ko lang is yung paggawa ng mga house chores since na wala na yung maid namin. I'll post my previous weight and yung mga nabawas sakin 3 weeks ago.

Starting Weight ( Sept.7)   - 116 Lbs
                          ( Sept.14) - 109 Lbs  ( lost 7 Lbs in a week )
Current Weight ( Sept. 21) - 103.4 Lbs ( lost 5.6 Lbs )
Goal Weight: 90 Lbs to 100 Lbs

Pajoin din mga sis. I need to lose weight for my vacation in December  :)

Current weight: 58,5kg
Goal weight: 53-54kg by December 20th
Ideal weight  ;D : 48-50kg

I hope di madagdagan weight ko. Nagreretain body ko ng water kasi pastart na period ko :(

Sali din ako!  I need to jumpstart my weight loss program. Gusto ko kasi by December, I have reduced to my target weight. Eh sinabi ko eto nung June, hanggang ngayon wala akong ginagawa. So hopefully, matuloy na ngayon.

Starting (today's) weight: 140 lbs
Target weight: 120 lbs

Ultimate Goal Weight:90lbs

Tumaas pa nga from 127 lbs to 129.4 nung September 21. Nagsimula tuloy ako tanggalin lahat ng junk foods since Monday and occasional cheats pa din kaya 2.4 lbs lang na lose ko. Hay, ang hirap magdiet!

Will do cleansing diet first then SBD. Will start on Sunday, October 7, 2012.

I pledge to replace my kanin with cabbage (or other vegetables. cabbage kasi yun ang reco ng hubby ko. May kakilala daw siya na ito ginawa pumayat daw nang bongga.lol)

What about you guys, ano plano niyo this week para next week lower na weight? ;)

@aiden: sounds like a good plan. cabbage does not have as many carbs as rice. veggies is a good idea wag lang the high glycemic ones like beans and pumpkin, carrots, potatoes.

plano ko this week to just stick with my grilled meats and minimize cheats (small kit kat today, gong cha milk tea yesterday; i'm only human!)

i've lost about 23 lbs in 3 months of DYI dieting. i guess that's not so bad. considering i don't exercise.

Nakalimutan ko mag post dito last Sept 28  :-[ anyway eto yung record ko as of SEPT 28.

Starting Weight ( Sept. 21) - 103.4 Lbs
Previous Weight ( Sept.28 ) - 108 Lbs ( nag gain ako ng 4.6 Lbs)
Current Weight: ( from Sept 28-Oct 5 ) - 106 Lbs
Goal Weight: 90 Lbs to 100 Lbs

Mag weigh ulit me this friday  ;D sana mabawasan na ulet weight ko  :'(
