I'm not really sure if the seminar would allow someone na walang papers,
unless siguro kung fiance visa yan and partner mo ang kasama,.. Not really sure though,...

And yes, yung nasa website nila ang form, print and fill it up,...

Hi guys today, na receive ko yung letters for my Parents Petition, it says na approve na daw yung petition ko for them, sa mga nakapag petition na ng Parents dito,what is the next step? i understand dun sa letter na binasa ko, they will contact the beneficiary (My Parents), are they going to send them letter by mail sa house address namin? pwede kaya na sakin na lang i send yung any letters or information instead sa parents ko at ako na lang magsabi sa kanila kung ano dapat nila gawin? just want to make sure lang kasi na tama yung pagkaka intindi nila kapag may nag contact na sa kanila, TIA

still waiting for my Parents Petition, USCIS already approved the petition,and now they will forward to NVC,hopefully mabilis ang progress ng papers namin,can't wait for them to come here

sis pag married ng less than 2 years tapos pinetition ng US citizen spouse, after 5 years pa makukuha yung citizenship right? Tapos pag 2 years ng married, 3 years lang citizen na?

or 3 years regardless kung IR1 or CR-1?

My husband is a USC but is living with me here sa pinas. Parang gusto ko ng ayusin yung petition ko if regardless kung IR1 or CR1 eh 3 years lang eh I could apply for naturalization na. Ang hassle kasi pag Pinoy passport eh ang daming apply apply ng visa when we travel to countries.

Kaso naisip ko sayang naman ang visit visa ko. Malamang ma revoke ito once I applied for petition.

sis as far as i know if you're a Spouse of USC you can apply for Naturalization/Citizenship 90 days early before 3 years of staying in the US, the Category of the Petition for Spouse/s is depend on the length of your marriage, when my husband started to file the Petition, were less than 2 years married,but by the time the petition was approved were already more than 2 years na, kaya na fall kami under CR1 Category, you mention that your husband is nasa Pinas, i think if he files for your petition,he need to show/prove that he's income is capable to support you, or pwede may mag co-sign sa kanya if the income is below the level,HTH

So 3 years lang pala talaga ang required for naturalization regardless if you entered with a CR1 or an IR1 basta you are married and you stay married to a USC.

Thank you sis ha! Things are so clear to me now. No problem naman kami (I believe) with the affidavit of support. He still files his taxes in the states kasi he has a business registered there.

Now I have to do mega research on how/what to do the petition.

Hello everyone, I just want to share our experience re: the visa processing, and if may mga masa-suggest kayo pls pls pls don't hesitate to tell me. also, hope this helps our other sissies na tulad kong IR category.
June 18, 2012 - we lodged the visa docs na (IR-130)
June 19, 2012 - I received the NOA 1 thru email. right after this I signed up dun sa email notification thing nila. very useful kasi maski wala pa sa house ng husband ko yung mail mauuna na namin malaman na nag-send na pala sila ng correspondence because of the email
August 21, 2012 - received NOA 2
Sept 13 - NVC contacted me and my husband na. nagbayad na din si hubby ng AOS fee, tapos tomorrow i will mail yung DS3032 ba yun, yung assignment ng agent or mailing address kung saan nila ise-send yung mga documents ko. I chose my parents in law's address kasi hubby is working offshore so wala siya now sa house namin. And unreliable kasi ang mailing system natin dito.
So yun, eto palang kami. Pero as early as now, nire-ready na namin yung form I-864ez ba yon. and yung income tax returns niya for the past 3 years. we're just waiting if magrereflect na yung online payment before namin i-send etong next set of docs na nire-require nila.
