Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative) Part 4

If my USC husband files directly to the US Embassy Manila, it would be so much faster than filing it in the US diba? or the petition will be expedited if I file in the US tapos Philippine address since nandito din nakatira husband ko?

Ive read stories kasi na eexpidite daw yung petition if the USC lives outside the US.

^sis, resident na ba ng Philippines asawa mo? Kasi na-try yan ng friend ko dito sa USEM manila nag-file, they refused kasi residents of the Phils. lang daw ina-accept nila na petitions.
BTW, update lang sa process namin.

Sept 26 - received another letter from the NVC and the Invoice for the IV Application. Tapos I was also instructed to fill up the IV Application form and to submit the required civil documents. Today pina-DHL ko na sa NVC mga hinihingi nila.

After ba nito, what happens next? We have also paid the IV Application Processing fee.

Next step is the loooong wait for your priority date to become current,
once your PD becomes current, you'll be notified through email (if you registered via email) about your schedule of appointment for interview,...

IR category is a bit faster compared to the F2 category, just be sure to prepare every document needed, even odd documents na wala sa list minsan,... Anything na maisip mong dalhin, dalhin mo, it might come in handy,...

^Ah, I see. Applicable po ba ang PD sa spouse of USC? I get mixed advises po kasi kaya minsan ninenerbyos tuloy ako.

You can actually call them up,
just give your details, para makuha mo na ang number mo,...
the hard copy would take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive,....

hi everyone..im not sure if this would be the right thread for my question...were not sure what to do since my h2b was petitioned by his mother we have 2 kids and for the sake of the petition we're not married,our 2 kids was the derivative of his petition .since we decided to arrange the papers of our 2 kids to follow him to US,ano po kayang visa ang pwede kong i apply as mother so i could travel with the 2 kids to US since they are both minor eldest is 9 and younger is 4...tourist visa po kaya ang i aaply ko?wala pa pong pending petition sa akin because almost 1 year palang po si h2b sa US.

mga requirements na lang ng Parents ko ang hinihintay ko dito para ma case complete na sila, expecting them na ma send na nila sakin by nextweek, but kinda disappointed sabi ng Papa ko sa Oct.24 pa daw makukuha NBI niya,kasi may kapangalan ata, check muna daw nila kung wala records, kainis talaga, eh sa abroad nag wo-work si Papa dati ,and kaka uwi lang niya early this year, and may records naman na siya na kumuha na siya ng NBI niya dati dahil required yun before sya nag work abroad, di ko talaga ma gets bakit ang tagal naman ma release ng NBI,

just a bit overwhelmed, timing was impeccable, our teens will automatically become USC
coz they are still under 18 years old,...
