So far, wala akong nagiging problema sa induction...

May grilling pan kami for our induction. malaki sya, sakop nya yung width ng induction cooker namin.

Kaya dapat ang pan na gamit is sakto within the circle mark :) feeling induction expert lol...

I'm also planning to buy an induction cooker. What features should I look for?
Ceramic Plate, Tempered Glass, Infrared, Halogen?
Flat touchscreen buttons or yung parang naka-angat na buttons and tumutunog? Di ba masira?
Available settings to look for like Temperature, Wattage, Timer? Min/Max Range of Values?

I think cheapest ang Dowell and Kyowa pero ang dami palang models so nalito na ako.

I'm  using the imarflex brand (single) because only electric units are allowed in our unit. I've been using this for 2 years. so far, ang sira lang nya is yung pag increase ng temperature don't know kung bakit. pero functional naman sya.

it comes with free pot, pero very seldom ko lang gamitin kasi manipis siya. I bought a frying pan instead :)

Sa sinaing ako madalas magkaproblema. Laging hindi naluluto yung ibabaw at mabilis maubos yung tubig. Any tips kung pano lutuin?

I'm using Dowell. Then pagkakulo, simmer ko sya to 90 temp. Nakakailang lagay ako ng tubig kasi tuyo lagi yung ibabaw.

before Palson brand ang gamit ko, bumigay na sya right after new year, more than 3 years naman ko siya nagamit.. nasobrahan ata ng gamit kasi nagsunod sunod yung event/party sa amin,,, eh ako lagit ang nagluluto...in fairness naman sa kana, sobrang sobrang gamit siya :) Bumili ako ngayon ng Midea brand kasi wala na kong makita na Palson dito. Ang pinili ko is yung walang pre-function button. On/off, power, temperature at timer button lang.

Hi Sis,

If you plan to buy an induction go for any brand you want, but make sure to chose an induction with the lowest temp, earlier model kasi ng induction ang minimum temp ay matataas kaya nasusunogan ng niluluto, but kahit matatas ang minimum temp practice makes you sinaing perfect. But induction cooker technology is different from infrared/halogen cooker, ang infrared/halogen cooker kasi ay parang electric stove na kahit anong type of cookware pwede(aluminum/steel/ceramic). In terms of efficiency and practicallity go for induction cooker

A relative from the US gifted us with an induction cooktop with cookware set, kaso parang di ko naman magagamit since kumpleto na kitchen ko at parang kumplikado syang gamitin when i checked the manual

I was able to buy the Dowell brand in shopwise for only 1k. I am able to heat water and soup at 1000-1400 temperature. And also for frying 60-200 temperature. Yung timer hindi ko pa na-try, so far a little over 5 minutes when I boil water pang ligo sa umaga kasi malamig using only the freebie pan. I have a thicker pan for cooking rice and other food stuff.

I use Asahi brand. Bought it in SM appliance. With free pans din. So i switched to canola and now wala na gaanong usok :)

it really depends on how long you cook, usually i use the induction to make soup dishes at least mabilis lang pag magpapakulo ka ng meat......anyways i need to ask where else can i buy cookware na induction cooker friendly and teflon or non stick?

philips nabili namin induction 4years ago nag-50% off kaya nabili namin nasa 3k lang that time.
