hello everybody! I've been doing some research on cohen diet for a week now and i'm really  want to try it.  But i have hesitations pa rin.. for those who have tried it i have  questions... is it really 55k? is it fix or it will depend if gaano kalaki dapat ibawas ko or etc.? for you is it really worth it? may mga nag relapse ba pero nakabawi rin agad? please help, i really want to lose weight, and i think cohen is a must try.  hope to hear from you gurls. Thanks! :)

I called kanina to book an info session. Im not qualified daw. I said kasi im diabetic... Di daw pwede. Sabi ko what if prediabetic... Yun pwede daw pero may medical clearance. Sabi ko why cant i if pwede rin naman ako bigyan ng medical clearance ng doctor ko. Ano diff ng prediabetic to diabetix, di na niya ako nasagot. I mean over the fone lang naman to, paano niya naasess na ang gen well being ko... I havenr submitted anything or attended the info session. Hmm i felr sad tuloy.

Hi :)

Just started yesterday with my Cohen's Diet and super hirap for me to cook because I live alone and I work from 9-8pm :(

For those who are on the diet or are graduates, do you know of any culinary service that can cook my meal plan for me? :)

I just want to make sure they are reliable because I don't want to waste the money I invested in the program if they do not follow my meal plan strictly.

HELP!   :-\

^ kaya mo yan sis. I am in the same situation, living alone and working from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. kaya photo finish lagi ang dinner ko nun hinahabol ko ang 9 p.m.  Now I am in maintenance and have adapted to the lifestyle change.

Just develop a system and get up maybe an hour earlier so you can prepare your breakfast and lunch and maybe even your dinner. Mahirap lang sa umpisa but in a few weeks you will get used to it.  Goodluck :)

BTW, others say meron daw nagcacater ng Cohen meal but I think it is P8T a week ata or for 2 weeks.  For me, even if money is not a problem, how sure am I that they are weighing it correctly.  Remember the weight has to be precise otherwise sayang lang pera and pagod mo.

^^ prettynvain, di naman ako sinisikmura. Remember 1/2 tomato per meal lang ang allowed ha and total 1 a day lang.  Saka native tomato lang di pwede yung salad tomato na parang mansanas na sa laki. Bawal din cherry and grape tomato

hi, sis quian. i was also told by a doctor in 2002 that i am diabetic.  just the same, i still attended the seminar and during the interview part, i was told that if i can secure a medical clearance from my doctor i can register daw.  after several tests, my doctor gave me a clerance na.  so last tuesday, nag register na ako.  i am still praying na ma-approve ako and makuha ko yung diet plan ko before the end of the year... hope this helps :-)

Same lang ba ito sa Bon Apetite Diet program by BelleToday? This program is personlized by Dr.Cohen din. It's PhP 2,970 for 6 months access.

^sis, sa akn di inabot ng 7working days. online din ako, since i'm based abroad and wala ditong physical clinic nila.. i scanned my blood test friday, then tuesday lang ata or wednesday approved na ko.. then they gave me my personal access, lahat andun.

^^ prettynvain, di naman ako sinisikmura. Remember 1/2 tomato per meal lang ang allowed ha and total 1 a day lang.  Saka native tomato lang di pwede yung salad tomato na parang mansanas na sa laki. Bawal din cherry and grape tomato

sa akin sis 1 whole tomato daw, and yes pinas type tomato.. i removed na tomato from my list, sinisikmura ako talaga whenever i ate that.. naalala ko na acidic nga pala ako.. sinumpong ako after that day, kaya i stopped for 2 days which Dr. Cohen approved naman.. i started again wednesday..

from wednesday starting weight ko is 69kgs.. then today, dahil sa obgyne appointment ko kaya i need to weigh, and 67kgs na lang.. i just ate lunch nun ha.. so ambilis.. sana tuluy-tuloy na 1kg a day.. haha... but i guess water pa lang yun, kase since wednesday ihi ako ng ihi..
