third day ko today. masakit siya sa ulo talaga kasi sanay ako maraming kinakain eh. pero i think effective siya. i lost some pounds na pero baka water palang eto. tsaka, ang ganda ng bowel movement ko since nag start ako.

overall, i feel good! :)

hang in there!  sabi the first 4 days are difficult.  tapos mawawala na din yung hunger and cravings as long as you follow it 100%.  I will email 2 threads that I found na puro recipes. 

Sana tapos na pasko para ako din start na :D

Have you started drinking the supplements like zinc and flaxseed ba yun?  Excited na ko to get my diet para mamimili na ko ng mga supplements and ingedients.

^it's 55thou. kahit ilang pounds dapat mo i-lose.

^^hindi pa nga ako nakakainom ng Zinc. puro vitamin C lang plus hyaluron and grapeseed. i will buy this weekend pati flaxseed.

my 4th day today and so far i lost 8pounds! but i guess water weight lang eto. masyado naman ata drastic kung totoong weight loss diba.

kainis nga kasi 10:30pm na ako naka dinner kagabi. until 9pm lang pwede diba

^i think water weight lang yan sis. but my father and my aunt, binati ako kanina. medyo nag lose na nga daw ako. sobrang tuwa ko naman! haha

mga 1 hour lang orientation.

how are you today sis? yesterday I was at GNC bibili na sana ako flaxseed pero naiisip ko ako din kaya yun ang iinumin?antayin ko na lang ang diet ko to be sure. wala pa text sa akin e, pero alam mo ba, ang tindi, kakaenrol ko lang andito na sa Citibank bill ko! :D

^based sa results ng blood test mo sis. tapos igagawa ka ni Dr. Cohen ng diet.  you have to follow it to the letter. pag sinabing 100 gm for example it means 100 not 99 or 101. pag sinabing once a day mo lang makakain, dapat no cheating for it to be effective.

so far, i really like this eating plan! mahirap sa mahirap pero ang gaan ng pakiramdam. tsaka may bumati na kasi saken na pumayat ako maski konti. haha!

lalo tuloy ako na excite after 1 month.

perlovah, i wouldn't say mahirap pero matrabaho magprepare kasi. lalo na you have to weigh the ingredients before cooking.

usual food lang naman like fish, beef, etc etc

achengtarush, nakakagutom parin pero tinitiis ko talaga. dinadaan ko nalang sa water. tsaka iniisip ko, sayang naman naumpisahan ko na eh.

i think ang panlaban dito eh yung crackers mo. tuwing nararamdaman ko yung gutom, iniisip ko 2.5 hours nalang makaka crackers nako. it works!

achengtarush, ang worry ko lang dito talaga, baka mahirap mag maintain?

papayat ka nga pero after the program, baka bumalik lahat kasi grabe ang cravings  :(

juana_antonia- alam ko pwede splenda eh.

yung crackers depende sa brand. basta kung normal sized, 4crackers max per day. pantawid gutom yan.pero 2 sa am, another 2 sa pm.

may bibigay silang list ng brands na pwede.
