I hear there's a new COHEN on the block and he's offering his program for as much as 2k for 6 months all online!
I've heard a lot of people are also going for this kasi sobrang mahal ng sa cohen lifestyle thing. It's mga 55k ata for that. 2k vs 55k? dun na lang ako sa 2k noh!

that might be a Cohen diet clone. Mura nga at P2k but I bet it WOULD NOT WORK. I noticed you only have 2 posts and it is about that new diet. Why not make a new thread for that so that we can keep this thread about the REAL COHEN DIET. Thanks.

@achengtarush, nakuha ko na yung blood test referral, and i need to fast 8hrs before my blood test. Ang question ko paggising ko pwede bang derecho na akong magpablood test? di na lang ako mag-aalmusal. Thanks!

^sis, usually naman ganun talaga pag kelangan ng fasting. Sa umaga ka kukuha before food or even water intake.

Cohen diet nga yung kay Bea. Payat na nya, I wonder how much she has to lose,parang okay na e. Si Juday parang failure no? E panay deviation sa show nya, tinitikman lahat ng niluto ng kids.

Anyway, I'd like to ask how you calibrated your scales? cos naubusan na sila sa clinic so I was forced to buy online. I bought two sets of scales, kaso when I weigh something magkaiba reading on both scales :/ Please help. Thanks!

It's not a clone. You'd be surprised how many people are named Cohen.

Also, cost isn't really a factor to the effectiveness of a diet. I lost all my weight without paying for any diet. Just gym fees.

^Yes, there are a lot of Cohen but the 2K "Cohen" diet mentioned is being marketed to confuse people of the more popular and the one who started the Cohen diet. Hindi naman siguro nila gagamitin yung name na Cohen kung hindi effective or popular yung original di ba?

I agree with you that cost is not the only factor in a diet's effectiveness. Nasa tao na rin yan if he or she wants a diet to work. You can also say the same thing for people who exercise.

i agree with mama squeak! , this sounds like a copycat riding on the popularity of the "cohen" brand.

there are even some which only advertise inch-loss, etc. etc. but no mention of company name. i stay away from these.

@brokensonnet, try www.1stpersonaldiet.com. magregister ka sasagot sila kung san ka pwede. I tried enrolling online kasi para mas mura sana, pero dinerect ako dito sa Philippine clinic

Hi sis! galing ako sa clinic kanina for my blood test, binigay ko DR yung blood test referral,di daw kasama sa insurance, kapag magpapablood test ako 1000aed (272$).
Sa pinas ba magkano ang blood test?
