bakit kayo nag resign sa job nyo?

1st job - O-gag na boss. Ka-lalaking tao pumapatol sa mga babae.  I stayed there for 3 months; normal for anyone who's working in an ad agency.

2nd job - Loved the people I worked with.  Thing is, my job was really physically tiring.  I was in the Events Department, and to think napaka-introvert ko.  Stayed there for 1.5 years

3rd job - Similar to my first job, o-gag na boss.  Hirap pang ang boss mo inggitera. Stayed there for 6 months.

4th - current job - Online Freelance work so depends when the project will end or depende rin kung may budget ang client.

1st job call center.1 1/2 mos.  i really liked the company and the people. account was easy. i resigned due to health reasons and my mom because she's really worried about my health.

right now I'm jobless  one thing I've learned in this experience is that you don't have to rush getting a job just to have a job. i became unhappy with the job kasi. right now I'm looking for a job related to my degree (also considering an online business). waiting in vain

I am on my last night at work after putting in a 2-week notice... di ko na talaga kaya ang graveyard. Tama na ang 2 and a half years.

hindi ko na kaya ang stress sa work. the pay is not worth it. enough na yung 2 1/2 years na inistay ko sa company.

1st job - nagkakagulo sa company internally. dumadami at humihirap ang work load and circumstances pero yung promise na raise and promotion delay ng delay.

2nd job - i just resigned. same as my 1st job but better and bigger company. super love ko yung boss ko. my boss resigned early this year because of health issues. so i now report directly to her boss. unfortunately, this boss has questionable work ethics. madami na kong naririnig na rumors before but hindi ko masyadong pinapansin kasi di ko naman nakikita since wala naman akong direct work under her. that was until my boss resigned. dun ko naexperience yun mga rumors. madaming incidents that made me think of quitting na. recently something major happened. that was the last straw for me.

1st job- i was a student back then, and was graduating plus finishing my thesis. though i love the job and the people i worked with, i had to leave.

2nd job- immediately after graduation day, i started working. was a management trainee for a retail company and since i was on a bond, had to stay with the company for two years. i enjoyed the work but sometimes kinda stressful, since i was assigned in a big store from being the supervisor, i went to becoming the officer-in-charge after my manager was promoted. i love the challenges though. but i wanted to pursue a childhood dream of mine and got in, so goodbye supervisory work.

right now, am working for 2 years on my dream job, but may not be staying long din siguro. i want a 9-5 job na rin...

1st job
A multinational company, good paying job but no good with regards to employment status.
They were deducting SSS contributions & tax then after several months of being with the company, I then learned that I still don't have a TIN & my SSS does not have any contributions.

2nd job
I stayed for 2 days  lang and good thing, I wasn't able to sign a contract with them. Low salary then after 2 days, they told me that it would be 6 working days. Well-known pa naman yung company.

3rd job
The number 1 bank daw ngayon 
I'm not actually sure if the basic meets the minimum salary set by the government because they have COLA thing but still, it's like the salary of those working in mall, anyway, same owner.. 
For the work environment, it's okay as well with my colleagues but you really have to be wise and thrift enough and not use your cards. You are required to wear make-up and yet you can't afford to buy using your salary. You have to be in the branch 15 minutes before the branch opens and the branch closes at 5:30, but you still have to transfer cash, so you stay for about 15 to 30 mins. more in which you can't file an OT.

4th job
Call center, super different industry. I was a call center virgin. My first TL was so great, unfortunately, he was transferred to start up a different department. The new TL really doesn't know how to be a supervisor and does not want to take escalations. Moreover, in a call center pala, counted sa break ang pag punta sa comfort room, I resigned!

and NOW, I don't have a job but no regrets at all because I really became unhealthy sa call center na yon though what I had was a day shift.

1st job: Auditor at the Top Auditing Firm in Phils. Super STRESS... I worked there for 3 years. Low pay, long working hours, discrimination (they favour employees who graduated from this and that school). Ang dad ko nagalit pa kasi naholdap kami ng officemate ko while going from 1 branch to another branch of our client. As in buong bus with matching guns at granada. My family barely saw me. My comment pa nga ang mga olds sa family namin na hindi na raw trabaho ng matinong tao ang uuwi ng 2am (earliest) to 6am tapos papasok kinabukasan or mamaya lang. Tapos at one point hindi ko alam pumutok na pala iyong ugat sa mata ko. My friends are asking me bakit may mapula sa mata ko. Tapos when I went to my doctor, he told me it's because of stress daw. Sobrang stressful daw ang work ko and maybe I need to think of working elsewhere daw. Na burned out ako. At never nang naka recover. hehe... 

After that, I managed our family business for 3 years na rin. Even when I was working kasi lagi pa rin namang akong kino consult for this and that. Might as well ako na lang at mabawasan ang stress. Aside from managing it, I'm also doing online jobs. Sarili ko time ko pero minsan may mga demanding na boss. We're waiting for my hubby's papers para to help my parents in their business abroad.

havent resigned yet but planning to.  im totally burned out. okay lang [textspeak!] job and [textspeak!] ibang officemates but the system has a lot of flaws.  as much as i want to change things, may mga taong ang gusto lang gumanda pangalan nila sa ceo namin. cant blame them but i cant take them as well.

First two jobs - I've resigned because I wanted to go to better paying jobs while getting better opportunities for growth.

The last job, I've resigned because I probably had the worst boss one could have.

I'm happy with my current job now - self-employment.

nag resign ako kasi naburn out ako super stressful sya and lagi pa ko pinepressure ng boss ko, good thing very supportive si hubby and a month lang nakahanap din ako ng bagong work ko which is satisfied naman ako at mas mataas sa dating kong salary, at mag 1yr na ko this january.

Sa current job, planning to leave na. Super stressful pero pay is not worth it. Office politics eh sobra din! Di ko ma-take yung ibang tao. Im not happy na with how things are going.

First Job - A Well know Travel Agency online. I was absorb by this company from my on the job training. Reason why I resigned was my big boss wants us to do multi tasking na wala naman sa job description namin. And still no salary increase after a year.
Second Job- An online travel agency pa rin. Bagong tayo pa lang yun company pero sa sobrang gastador ng may-ari ayun dumami ang utang at hindi na nahuhulugan yun mga benefits namin.

Politics and pay

I haven't resigned yet my first job. Been working for 4 years already but will soon resign. Why?

1. Bosses' have favorites. I know it's like in school. But what sucks is if me and my officemate decided to do the same thing, I get scolded at and she gets away with it. She got promoted after regularization without proving anything while I can show my boss bunch of projects and I'm still not promoted.
2. My boss is a liar. I was told 5 months ago that I am already promoted to become a manager. Guess what? I still haven't signed any papers nor she have mentioned about it anymore.
3. I don't see my worth anymore.
4. I am on leave and my boss' texts me about several things. I just want my mind off my work just for a minute. PLEASE.
5. I don't even get a small reward for putting up with them.
6. Going home on time is like a mortal sin to them. For them it means I am not doing anything.
7. The list goes on and on...

Honestly, I don't complain much. Maybe that's why I was able to stay for 4 years. I always think I am still lucky because at least I get a good pay. Enough for the necessities and some luxuries at times. Others barely make ends meet. You can give me any kind of work but the people around me is such a big factor. Thank God I've hit rock bottom and knocked my head hard. It made me think that I am wasting my life there and realized that the ONLY reason I have been staying isn't really everything.

first job ko kasi sa mercury drug, sabi nila maganda ang benefits actually totoo the problem is yung manager lagi akong pinagiinitan hirap kasing mag work ng ganun tapos na buntis pa ako mas lalo akong na stress sa kanya kaya  i try to transfer sa ibang branch kaso ang tagal ng process kaya nag resign na lang ako, second sa watson naman ako problema naman yung mga guard sobrang strick nila sa employee dapat sa customer dahil sila ang may chances na magnakaw, many times kong nakita ang guard ng mga SM na wala namang ginagawa kundi mag chismisan lang kaya nag pa endo na lang ako. ngayon business na lang ang ginagawa ko happy pa ako walang nag control sakin.

I resigned from my previous job due to a very obvious reason na Im transferring to a company more generous in salary and benefits and it doesn't hurt na lesser ang stress at pressure.

i can certainly relate to that, sis yufa... if you are starting to question your worth, then it IS indeed time to move on... best of luck
