bakit kayo nag resign sa job nyo?

had part-time jobs before but never had a regular job. ilang months ba bago ka pwede magresign? i have a small business at magbbranchout na sana ako kaso parang i want to apply for a job din to augment my income

If you don't have any bond with the company, you can resign anytime that you want. Some needs 15days notice while others are 30days pero meron din effective immediately

simply because i cant take graveyard shifts anymore!! so i resigned immediately    im always sick, dont have any time for myself and my loved one,night shifts s***s big time talaga! feeling ko for 7 months pumanget ako, tumaba and di ko naalagaan ang sarili ko just because im always tired working at night and going home in the morning, LOLS. kaya yon, came november nag promise talaga ko na kung magkakasakit pa ako magreresign na talaga ako immediately. kaya kinausap ko din [textspeak!] doctor ko na gumawa ng letter na di na ko pwede mag work ng gabi, pahirapan pang tanggapin at take note 3 weeks pa before they approved my resignation,. okay sana sa call center if what you're after is money pero wtf with sched kahit fix sked yun panggabi pa den hahah! but anyway, sisters if you really want to take care of your selves every now and then, please please do not allow your selves working at night, imagine no sunlight when you wake up, how bad is that?    and now im job hunting again, tapos na rest days ko, i dont care what company pa just as long that its decent and good paying job

previous jobs ko contractual kaya need talaga humanap ng iba. work ko now is project based/contractual but magreresign na din. minimum pay ang sweldo at very basic benefits. uuwi na kami ng province kaya i have to resign, mag aaral na kasi anak ko mahal magpaaral dito sa manila unless public ka

Finally nakapag pasa nako ng resignation kahapon lang efffective March 31 ayos ba?
Kasi no benefits eh... taka every year nagpapalit ng employer [textspeak!] kayo yun di ba' pero happy naman ako kase madami ako nakilala... at natutunan.

1st job: dream job ko sana kaya lang after 3 years, nalugi (daw)...nagretrenched ng maraming employees...ayaw ko mawalan ng job kaya lumipat ako
2nd job: ang epal ng supervisor! yung kasama ko sa dept friend ni supervisor, aba 2 hours ang lunch break! di man lang inisip na may mag-lulunch pa na ibang employees...yung management, di nagreremit ng sss, pag-ibig, etc
3rd job: dream job ulit...ok sana ang pay and benefits kaya lang ang daming sipsip esp. yung asst manager puro overtime halos ayaw ka na pauwin then yung mga officemate ko mga chismosa pa.nung nalipat ako ng branch, super saya ko! ok ang pay, ok ang benefits, ok ang mga officemates (pag walang passengers nasa pantry kami hehe), ganda rin ng office kaso sobrang tamad ng supervisor. ayaw nya mag-counter at ayaw din gumawa ng reports! pingtulungan nga namin, ayun, pinagalitan ng upper mgt haha. kaso nag-end ang lahat ng mag-retrench, buti naman at binayaran kami 
4th job (present): eto yung ini-aim kong position dun sa previous job ko pero di ako na ako happy dito. nung naregular ako walang salary increase, yung boss ko masyadong demanding nakaka-stress! maganda nga lang benefits dito. eto pa, yung senior dito sa dept namin feeling boss. kararating mo pa lang uutusan ka. actually trabaho nya yon, pinapasa nya lang. di ko nga ginagawa! balak ko mag-resign dec this year, pag nakuha ko na 13th month ko.

1st job - (web developer) mga 1 year and 3 months ako dun. Reason for leaving, from Manila, lumipat sila ng Baguio. Kamusta naman.  Maganda sana working environment, kaya lang ang layo eh! Kung malayo din lang edi abroad na lang.

2nd job - (systems and web developer) magreresign pa lang after more than 2 years. Reason for leaving:
1. Sobrang stress. From day one, 10 beses pa lang ako umuwi on time. The rest, puro OT without pay.
2. Ayun, super OT tapos recently lang kami nababayaran for OT kung kelan nagbabalak na ko talaga umalis.
3. Mga issue at haka-haka tungkol sakin, nasisira na talaga ako. I don't know what I did to them, napakatahimik ko nga, pero they still find things to say. I don't know, maybe those people don't have anything better to do.
4. No social life. Lahat na ata ng taong hindi ko katrabaho pinipilit na ko umalis kasi wala na daw ako time para sa kanila (family, friends, ex-bf).

Nanghihinayang lang ako kasi I believe in the company's vision. But in exchange, I was giving up more. It's an issue between me and my boss, sya kasi kahit pamilyado sya priority nya talaga work. Katwiran nya as long as you can put food on the table, wala sila dapat isumbat. For me it's different naman kasi. So you are able to provide, galit naman sayo yung mga pinoprovidan mo or aloof sayo kasi parati ka wala. Dadating yun time na mawawala sila sayo. (Which is the case with my grandma, wala ako nung huling birthday nya kasi OT ako. Pati nun huling araw nya wala din. Sobrang sabi ng brother ko hindi daw ba ako nasasaktan, sabi ko oo naman kaya nga aalis na eh!)

Di na ako happy e. Chismosa and atribida yun head teacher. Gigil na gigil ako everytime and it affected my aura talaga. So ngresign ako. Good thing kasi another job opportunity came to me right away, better pay, better hours, and people treated each other with respect

after 4 years sabi ko sa sarili ko na masyado na naging comfort zone yun office...
gusto ko naman mag palit ng environment and dapat gawin ko na ASAP... ayun nag resign ako at ngayn magstart na sa new work... new life and this time around mag save na ko for my future =)

i quit after a month.

for one thing, the boss was stupid. its not just me being bitter... he really was. people at work had 0 respect for him, and called him stupid behind his back.  i hated that everyone at work was miserable and spent their whole day bitching about it.

i hated that nobody did anything or left --- because people in there were scared and thought that their only option besides that place was a frickin' CALL CENTER.

the boss kept asking me to do things that just insulted my intelligence... including everyone elses. he asked me to shoot something "gaguhan". yep. he used that word. i did not want to. i did not want to stoop down that level and insult anybody who will ever see my work. call me maarte and being a hoity-toity artist, but fuucck it, NO. just NO.

the pay was shiiit.

in fact --- i left not being given half of my paycheck and they still owe me.


also, i had a better offer before i even finished a month in that company.

1st Job: 4 yrs Power plant compy : nagsawa na ko sa daily routine, wala na career growth, gusto ko mag MBA, but they not allowed.

2nd Job: 2yrs . MAnufacturing compy : Relocation, i decided to resign n lang, malayo and conflict sa school

3rd Job / present: Shipping compy: feel ko eto na. kasundo ko boss ko, sana nga magatagal ako

first job - bank - baba ng sweldo tapos puro overtime without pay pa sa dami ng ginagawa.

second job - BPO - gusto ko na magresign kasi nagsasawa na ko sa work and puro graveyard shift, gusto ko new career na, bigla ko napreggy at need magbedrest, so resign na lang baka makunan ulit.

1st job: naliliitan na ako sa sweldo. kakapagod pa ang 6-day work schedule
2nd job: medyo tinatamad na din since puro mga matatanda kasama ko, wala akong ka-age. tsaka mas gusto ko na magconcentrate sa masteral ko.

kasi sobrang pagod nakong mag-calls. hehe. did that for 5 years before i resigned. and ang worst, hindi ako napromote. so nakakafrustrate. hehe.
pero good na rin kasi yung frustration made me firm with my decisions and kinda made me go for what i really want and not settle, so i decided na magwowork lang ako ulit sa back-office na, and yun kahit super tempting yung ibang job offers na calls pa din pero higher salary, i declined talaga. and looked for the job that i really want and i can really do and be contented with. kahit for a while, tapos i'll work on trying to be promoted again siguro pag settled nako.
