1st job- after 6 years, i decided to resign. nagsawa na ako at super stressed na. i didnt like our account manager, unprofessional eh mahilig sa tsismis.

2nd job-after xx days, di man ako nag 1 week. pangit ang restrooms! madumi at walang tissue paper and liquid soap.

if the company can't even hire someone to clean or maintain the cleanliness of their restrooms, then most likely, they can't provide good or attractive employee benefits. tindi ang cost cutting eh.

true enough, one of the new hires of that batch texted me that she also left the company after 2 months. di daw bayad ang mga overtime nila kasi under probitionary pa daw. hehe ngek! 6 months sila walang OT pay kung ganon.

sa last job ko, nagresign ako dahil may offer na mas malaki sweldo

resign na ako effective July 8 and im kinda happy about it though kinakabahan ako kasi first time ko try homebased job.

i resigned para makapagfocus ako with my son and I really hope i'll succeed on this one kasi i wanted to be with my son 24/7 talaga.

i resigned sa work kasi i got pregnant and sa takot kong mawala ang baby ko i resign na lang... stressful kasi yung work ko e.... and now 3 months na si baby i will look for another job na lang ulit! [textspeak!] ba yung mga homebased job?

mixed reasons - personal and a very tempting offer too with automatic promotion from my previous post and new company is closer to my work.

Two reasons:
1)I resigned because my parents are getting older and I want to help them sa fam biz.
2)My officemates. They're slow (based sa standard ko). But I can't blame them kasi it's the typical "pinoy" speed. so I resigned kasi I have no right to tell them they're slow.

1st job - sobrang layo (Laguna) kasi manufacturing plant. Walang kwenta pa yung mga supervisor namin, walang ginawa kung magpasip-sipan sa mga Japanese bosses. Yung manager namin na babae hindi mo na kasalanan mumurahin ka pa wag lang sya mapahiya.
2nd job - ang panget ng office.
3rd job - Walang increase for 2yrs tinamaan ng recession pero maganda yung company
4th job - Sikat na company din pero walang process!!

So ngayon balik ako sa 3rd company ko. Dito yata ako satisfied

1. May mga contractuals pa rin na five years na sa company. (Yoko matulad sa kanila.)
2. Supervisor na siya lang magaling sa pananaw niya. (Sige! Siya lang pala magaling di na niya kailangan ng staff.)

I've only resigned once since joining the work force. But it has nothing to do with the company, it was just me. =) That was 8 years ago and my first job after college. 4 months into the job, I got tired coz I'm not used to working 8 straight hours 5 days a week! Now I'm in an industry that I love and will co
ntinue to love.

1st Job - newly grad. nagwork ako agad then na-overwhelm ako sa work environment. ayun umalis ako.

2nd Job - liit sweldo, shifting sched., low manpower, ayun nagka-ulcer ako. pinagresign ako ng doctor ko. hanap daw ako ng fixed na sched.

3rd job - ito pinakamatagal kong work. ok yung work ko enjoy ako dun. then nagdecide yung company na iredundate yung department namen. may company na nagbid ayun. tanggal kami.

4th present job - yung company na reason kung bat kami naredundate is inabsorb kami, yung 2 kong boss di na nila tinanggap. then yung iba samen including me. then 4th day ko pa lang 2 days na kong umiiyak sa sobrang depress ko. unhealthy yung environment. may isang secretary dun binubully ako, naiinsecure ata saken kaya iniintimidate saken. tapos walang kumakausap saken. feeling magagaling yung iba kaya walang pansinan. and now im thinking of not pushing with the work na ayoko na pumasok. help me guys. ayan naiiyak nanaman ako

i resigned because i got pregnant. second, i got tired with the work, before when i was single, okay lang for me palipat-lipat ng ibang paces to handle new stores and staff, but when i got married, hassle na siya. and i wanna focus at my son. now, he is 1 year old, i wanna have a job again. but nagdadalawang-isip pa ako kasi until now, breastfeed pa rin baby ko. im trying to win him into bottlefeeding.

Wow.. parang ang dami kong nakita na nag shift to call center career. hehe

1st Job : Computer Analyst) After 2 years of working in a Korean Company I decided to resign. Maganda naman sana dun kasi free lunch kami. Minsan doon narin ako nag b breakfast kasi pwede magluto. Hindi ganun kahirap yung work and every 6 months and increase. Yun nga lang walang benefits (medical | SSS | Leave, etc). So I decided to apply in a call center. Nung natanggap na ako I left the company immediately. hehe

2nd job - (call center agent) 3 years and 6 months na ako dito. Minsan naisip ko narin mag resign kasi parang ginigipit na kami sa benefits namin. Kaso, naisip ko sa call center lang din ako babagsak kasi mas malaki talaga ang sweldo. Plus, 1 year narin akong hindi nagp phone time. nalipat kasi ako ng department. Kainis lang kasi hirap makuha yung bonus every month. Pero advantage naman is very flexible kami sa time and hindi stressful ang trabaho.

1st job: stressful yung work.... on-call kaya minsan kahit natutulog ka, tatawagan ka pa rin.. kahit naka restday ka, kelangan mong pumasok... walang bayad ang OT... kuripot kasi ang boss..
2nd job: ang hirap pakisamahan ang boss ko... matandang dalaga kasi kaya super sungit.. parang tigre kung magalit...

I'm with my 2nd company pa lang naman. I left my first company because of salary issues. After a year, my salary's now x2 ng sweldo ko from previous company.

1st job - kasi imbyerna ako sa boss ko, manyakis at ang baba ng sahod.. had another work at night pa just to pay the bills
2nd job - health reasons - had laryngitis and I badly need voice rest but the company won't allow me to go on medical leave.
3rd job - hay pasaway ang management
4th job - got a better offer somewhere
5th job - personal reason -- hay, eto ang pinagsisihan ko sa lahat.. sobrang love ko work ko dun, but had to leave it dahil sa lalaking walang kwenta..
6th job - health reasons ulit.. recurring ang sakit ko for 6 months..

1st job: 4 years din ako nag-tyaga dito. Umalis ako kasi feeling ko di ako aasenso, since barat ang boss na taasan ang salary ko

2nd job: Hmmm3 years ako dito ... more on di ko gusto mga officemates ko, tsaka ayaw ko din yung pamamalakad ng boss ko

3rd job: 6 months lang. Ok sana eh, kaso I got pregnant, medyo maselan pagbubuntis ko, so I decided to quit na lang.

1st Job - I left my first job for a better career opportunity. If it's early in one's career, it's important to go where you could learn more.

2nd Job - and learned so much I did. I handled all possible positions I could work into. In the 3 years that I was there, I was able to achieve what the rest would be able to achieve in 10 years. On my last year, they are the ones learning from my innovations and process improvements. I first met my 2nd mentor here.

3rd Job - Short but defining. I found out the kind of working environment I prefer. The size of an organization where I could make a sizable impact individually and overall. So I left. There was even a panel for my exit interview because they could not believe I'm giving up my slot in the program. Because it was very difficult to get in and no one would want out. But I did.

4th Job - Was good. Challenging then it became static. Fell in love. Moved to a different location. Settled down. Did NGO work. It didn't work out after a year.

5th Job - Irreconcilable differences with the top boss.

6th Job - Almost 3 years now and I should be getting restless but I still feel good and somehow they managed to make me grow roots around here. I've a Saintly Boss. Not perfect, but saintly. So no, not yet resigning.
