i have wavy hair. not really curly and its dry on the 1st wash pero the next day okay na.

what treatments should i do to keep it less dry and bouncy and shiny. i dont want to get rebonded or relaxed.

and usually how much. gusto ko yung mukang natural lang na wavy na maganda. think hair ni anne curtis sa loreal commercial niya parang ganoon yung hair ko ngayon.

...Then I take a couple pea size amount of pantene oil replacement therapy (my hair is bra length), rub my hand then rake it in my hair. I do it left side first concentrating sa ends ng hair. Then couple pea sized amount ulit, rake my hair sa right side naman then half pea size of hair product for my bangs. I then flip my hair back to position gently ( I do this like nakatungo ka then you face the mirror, I hope you got what I mean) finger comb my hair then I take small sections than I twist my hair. Twist twist twist na ako until almost my whole head of hair is now twisted in neat ropes (cos it looked like ropes after :) ) This takes me about 5 to 8 minutes tops. air dry lang ako and when my hair dries yung ropes ala goldilocks na tignan. I dont use ipit or barettes anymore. But if you ladies still feel conscious with your curly hair, try this style, this never fails me and I always get compliments when I do this to my hair :)  I hope it does for you too!

thanks sis damsel and ginnyme  ;D

yes i agree.. curly/wavy looks sexier.

I also, have a natural wavy hair. I don't know if it is a gift, pero in this world na lahat ata ay nagpaparebond, ok na rin dahil at least ikaw [textspeak!] kakaiba...

I have a natural curly actually kinky hair. lol na addict sa pagpapa straight at eventually sa rebond.

^^i have my curly hair cut by peps silvestre. sobrang nahiyang ko siya so kahit malayo sa akin, di na bale.  actually mas popular si peps with men's hair/styling (he styles piolo, jlc, gerald, enchong dee) pero nahiyang siya ng curly hair ko.  and for someone who styles celebrities, di siya ganung kamahal.

I get really good compliments about my naturally curly hair! wala pang 1 year kong fino-flaunt to kasi almost 7 years akong regularly nagpapastraight ng hair ko. I got tired of going to salon every 4-6 months. at ang pangit at ang hassle pag lumalabas na yung kulot so i decided to go natural na! and wow naman ang daming compliments. laging tanong, nagpakulot ka ba?

I use conditioner to clean my scalp and hair. doesn't give me dandruff if I massage and rinse it really well.
I don't brush my hair. my hair is medium length anyway kaya di nagta-tangle.

my type of curls is like between wavy and curly. parang "curling iron" curls... and i like it.

I use leave-on conditioners EVERYDAY and the ever so famous: Monea milk. then I scrunch the ends.

:) all the way to college.  then when i started working, an officemate who had cirly hair (and who is know a hair stylist) encouraged me to embrace my curls.  pero nung nauso rebond, i tried it kasi nagsawa naman ako sa  curly hair ko. but after 2 rebond sessions, my hair fall got so bad, i was thinking that i'll be wearing a wig soon.  decided i should go natural again and never have it straigthened na (kahit bagay sa akin straight).  my hair is manipis na ever since but because of rebonding, numipis pa sya lalo.

anyway, im happy with my curls.  akala ng iba pinapakulot ko.

kapag curly ang hair, better to enhance/emphasize it with color/s.  Promise, mukhang manika. :)

For the ladies na galing sa rebonded hair who went back to naturally curly: how did you transition? And how long before nyo napachop off yung straight parts?

Ang awkward kasi ng hair ko ngayon. Super straight yung baba then curly yung taas. Ang weird nya tignan so I always keep it in a ponytail. Boring tuloy ng look ko ngayon. But I'm determined to go back to being curly.

^not sure how long it took me but what i did had my hair cut shorter than the usual so that the more of the straight ends will be cut.
