I make this for my close friends para sa birthday nila...

store bought brownie
jell-o chocolate pudding
whipped cream
cocoa powder

Prepare jell-o pudding mix according to package instructions. Spread the mixture on top of the brownie and dollop whipped cream on top. Sprinkle with cocoa powder.

Secret lang to ah. Ang alam ng friends ko I make it from scratch hehe.

Good luck!

I made cookies and cream cheesecake for Mother's Day. :D Nagustuhan naman ng family, and my bf loves it. Maybe I'll try simpler cheesecake recipes later though, mas madami kasing ingredients yun kesa kung simpleng, e.g., blueberry cheesecake lang.

Hi Mga sis,

FRIED APPLE PIE (APPLE TURON)

Recipe makes 10 pieces.

Ingredients:
4 apples, cored and shredded
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. light brown sugar
3 tbsps. butter
2 tbsps. all purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. pecans (optional)
spring roll wrappers
cooking oil for frying

Put all the ingredients, except for the pecans and the spring roll wrappers, in a pan. Stir over low heat until the apples are cooked and the mixture is thick. Set aside and leave to cool.

Wrap spoonfuls in the spring roll wrapper. Fry until crisp.

Homemade, Easy, No-Bake Peanut Butter Cups or Bars

Ingredients
1 cup finely crumbled or processed graham crackers (The finer the better--you can also substitute other cracker or cereal 'crumbs' although the results will be slightly less 'Reese's' in style)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup loosely packed confectioner's sugar
1 /2 (generous) cup of peanut butter (I used smooth Jif)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Procedures
1 Cream butter, sugar, and peanut butter together.
2 Add butter, sugar, and peanut butter mixture to crumbs, stir vigorously until thoroughly blended.
3 Press mixture in cupcake liners or a parchment-lined 8x8 inch pan.
4 Melt chocolate in microwave or over bain maire. Pour or spoon chocolate over peanut butter mixture. Spread or distribute evenly
5 Chill for 2-3 hours, or until firm enough to serve. If making bars, score pan after five minutes of chilling.

Easy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake  ;D

1 pack All Purpose Cream (better if you will whipping cream 600ml, tipid mode kaya APC na lang)  ;D
1 pack Cream Cheese (dapat room temp)
1/2 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
3/4 cups Powdered Sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tsp vanilla
2 rolls of Oreo Biscuits

Procedure:
Crushed 1 pack Oreo Biscuits in ziplock by using bread roller then set aside, (magtira ng konti for decoration)
Whip the AP Cream for about 3 minutes by using mixer... wag over para di maging soupy
Soften cream cheese, add whipped AP cream, crushed oreo, salt, lemon juice & vanila
Mix everything
Gradually add powdered sugar
Pag creamy na... stop mixing

Prepare cupcake tin with paper liner. (i used 12 hole tray)
Put whole Oreo on each hole that will serve as crust
Evenly pour your cream cheese batter on each liner
Sprinkle crushed Oreo on top or decorate with frosting (di ko pa kaya gumawa ng frosting kaya sprinkles muna)  ::)
You can also decorate with remaining whole Oreos on top
Put in the freezer for 2 hours & serve  ;D (better kung overnight)

Around 12 cupcakes ang nagawa ko with this  ;D

PS:
you can also put dissolved gelatin powder on cream cheese batter to make it stable while cooling.
(i forgot to do that sa sobrang excitement kong gawin to for the first time)   :-\

Ayun block buster naman kay hubby & in-laws  ;D
