naku lapit na ako mag one month so matatapos na rin eto. i used bayabas & pomelo leaves.

^ang natatandaan ko na pinang ligo ko na dahon bayabas, pomelo, sampaloc, tanglad. kulang pa ng 3 nakalimutan ko na.

i really wanted to do this but i can't live without taking a bath.

i did try try drinking tablea given by my chinese ninang. i'm wearing binder 24/7 and i'm on my second month now

i'm trying my best to do BF but i'm still doing mixed feeding to my one month old baby.

^ tama ka sis, laki na pinayat ko sa breastfeeding... hindi ako nag didiet, 145lbs ako ng preggy. 126lbs pre preg weight ko. 119lbs na ako...

sa binder, lumiit din tummy, pero hindi ganun ka flat katulad ng dati.. may bil bil pa rin talaga kahit 2months ako naka binder.

sa tablea - hindi ko kaya tapang nito. kya instead of 2 tablea in a day, 1 cup of choco lang talaga sa AM. or champorado... para may variety.. hehe

i already did try several times but my milk supply is not enough and my baby is getting fussy na. that's why i'm taking supplements and bought nipple shield to help me do bf more effectively. and with the weight, i'm almost back to my pre pregnancy weight after 1 month

^sis ganyan talaga..the more ka mag mmixfeed, the more kukulangin nag milk mo..parang the more mo sya ieempty..the more sya dadami kaya feed la lang ng feed kahit na sa tinigin mo kulang..para dumami milk mo..

ako 55 pre-preg weight ko..now im 53kls nalang..para pa akong kabayo kung kumain..hehe every 2 hours kahit madaling araw..kumakain ako..

sali ako dito, dami kong natututunan sa inyo mga sis. Manganganak ako sa May 2010, very helpful sa akin ang mga tips na ito since kami lang ni hubby sa house at sa tingin ko pag nanganak ako kami lang din together with the yaya, so dapat alam ko na ang mga dapat kong gawin. :-)

sis, ill answer some of your questions.

1. i bought yung plastic na arinola. pero ang bilhin mo yung medyo mataas ng konti kasi mahirap pag maciado mababa. nakakangawit kasi and masakit sa tahi pag ND.

2. yung wine sa mercury ako nakabili.

3. any manghihilot will do. basta tanong mo kung marunong siya sa bagong panganak. paminsan may package sila. LOL yung kasama na paligo sa baby.

-- ako sis, hindi na bumili arinola. hehe... nghihinayang eh. i just used the ordinary "palanggana". i stand on it na may naka malaking tela so parang nag sauna ako. then kapag medyo nawala na yung steam, hinahalo ko kaunti then upo.

Where can you buy the wine?

-- sa mga chinese drugstore sis. pero meron ako dito isang bottle. bigay din ng isang gt sis natin. hindi kasi ako pinayagan inumin ito ng MIL (chinese pa sya ha) ko, and pedia, kasi mag breastfeed ako. ayaw nila.

Who can I contact for a 10 day hilot? Any manghihilot?
-tama sis periwinkle. ask around your neighborhood. or your friends na nanganak din. for sure may alam sila. yung package naman na narinig ko sa friend ko eh kasama daw yung pag paligo and pag steam sa mga mommies. kung baga sya talaga mag aalaga sayo.

i want to practice gelai too pagkapanganak ko, kaso nahihirapan ako maghanap ng manghihilot dito sa area ko.
