Juana, a happy-go-lucky member of an indigenous clan in Northern Luzon, goes to Manila on a scholarship and finds herself in all degrees of hot water. First, she reinvents all 250 pounds of herself as a posh colegiala; then she joins an escort agency when she finds it hard to sustain her lavish lifestyle. As she rises up the ranks, she uncovers a sinister plot that threatens everything and everyone she loves. Can Juana save the day?
