Sandara Park is one of the biggest names in the K-pop industry today, and she also happens to have a Filipino heart! In her recent trip to the Philippines, she teamed up with local retail brand Penshoppe to do a mini concert for her fans. But before Dara sang her heart out, share shared her latest fashion obsessions and traveling tips with in an interview with Preview:
What's your go-to outfit every day?
"Lately gusto ko 'yung mga comfortable clothes. So 'yung mga loose pants and loose shirts. Ah! And winter na pala ngayon sa Korea so I love wearing [a] coat."
Can you share with us the best styling advice you've learned overtime?
"Lahat sinasabi sa'kin [to be] confident. 'Yun lang talaga."
What are the closet staples you can't live without?
"Cap, sneakers, t-shirt, jeans."
You travel a lot. Do you have any packing tips for us?
"Yes, I'm packing everything. Kaya lagi akong may overcharge. Pero nilalagay ko lahat para just in case. Kunyari if I get sick, kailangan ko ng medicine and kung hindi makakabili... hindi mo alam. So talagang nilalagay ko ang [buong] bahay ko sa malaking malaking luggage."
So for example, you go on a trip for five days, how many outfits do you pack?
"'Pag five days, dapat more than 10. Kasi dapat may costume change na two to three times a day usually."
How would you describe your style in three words?
"Krung, krung, krung? Kasi I wear whatever I want. Minsan sabi nila ang weird pero minsan cute, so krung, krung, krung."
