And after her pregnancy announcement on May 12, we can't help but wonder how her style will change now that she's expecting (wearing heels is often discouraged for pregnant women because doing so increases the chance of backache).

However, it seems like being a mom-to-be won't stop this stylish multi-hyphenate from slipping into her favorite sky-high heels. At the MYX Music Awards 2018, she donned an ultra violet Popo Go mini dress, which she teamed with a pair of Alaia stiletto booties!

On her Instagram Stories, Heart raved about how comfortable her heels are and revealed that she even wore them while strolling around Paris back in 2016.

And in response to her well-meaning followers who were concerned about the bun in the oven, Heart shares that she consulted and asked for approval from her doctor regarding her choice of footwear. She was assured that it's safe for her to keep wearing heels given that her body had been trained to do so way before the pregnancy.

Guess that means we'll still be seeing Heart in her towering heels! Not that we're complaining, of course.
