BYS Cosmetics is kicking off the year with a bang, revealing their newest ambassador for 2019—Regine Velasquez. Asia's Songbird fronts the Australian beauty brand's call to "Be Your Own Expert," with your makeup, taking cues from none other than the glam queen herself.

This partnership couldn't be any more spot on, because in case you didn't know, Regine is known for always painting her own face.

"Comfort zone ko 'yung makeup, so I usually do my own, even for commercials," the singer shared in an interview with Preview magazine that was published in the October 2016 issue. In fact, her no makeup look on the cover of the magazine back in 2007 was the first time she had someone else do her makeup for a shoot!

Meanwhile, her glam for her October 2017 cover was purely crafted by her skilled hands. She even filmed a tutorial on the look, which you can watch below!

Needless to say, the "Hanggang Ngayon" singer knows her way around cosmetics. Should she create her own line of products, we just know they'll be worth getting our hands on. We mean, an eyeshadow palette approved by the DIY glam queen herself? Sign us right up. That said, we simply can't wait to see more beauty content from her in the future.

Aside from this new partnership, Regine is also gearing up for a concert with Vice Ganda at the Araneta Coliseum in February. What a year—and it's only the first quarter.

Congratulations, Regine!
