Contouring and highlighting your face properly can bring dimesion to your face. Many women skip this step when they apply makeup thinking that it will take too much time, but they do not realize the amazing results it brings. With a properly contoured and highlighted face, your facial features are emphasized and enhanced, and you look slimmer and more polished.

This particular contouring technique we are about to teach you was introduced by makeup artist Kevyn Aucoin in the 90s in his book, Making Faces. Today, many associate this technique with Kim Kardashian, who posted a tutorial on her blog with photos of her illustrating the two-tone contouring technique.
