Trainer John Benton is famous for specializing in hip and waist reduction, and has all the right moves for some serious core strength. What's the difference with training with John? Instead of overall toning, he focuses on your midsection to really reduce the hip to waist ratio.
Known to work with models, he explained his fitness strategy in an interview with Harper's Bazaar: "With female modeling, waist measurements and hip measurements can make or break your career, so I stepped back and through a little bit of trial and error adapted the way that I trained and changed the way I recommended diets."
